Based on your needs assessment, HWA provides you with a list of recommended speakers who match your criteria. This list often includes speaker bios, video clips of past presentations, topics they cover, and their speaking fees. You review the recommendations and select a speaker.
Once a speaker is chosen, HWA handles the contractual arrangements. This includes negotiating fees, travel and accommodation arrangements, and other logistical details.
HWA coordinates with both you and the speaker to ensure: Preparing the speaker on the audience & event context Arranging technical requirements (AV equipment, etc.) All travel & accommodation arrangements are in place During the event, the speaker delivers their presentation. HWA often remains involved to handle any last-minute issues and to ensure that everything goes smoothly. In some cases HWA can provide onsite personnel to help with overseeing the speaker portion of the event program.
After the event, HWA will gather feedback and assist with any postevent needs.
