The Harrow Abu Dhabi Day
FOUNDATION STAGE 1 AND FOUNDATION STAGE 2 (PRE-PREP) MONDAY - THURSDAY 6.45-7.15AM Breakfast Society This Harrow run society is open to pupils of all ages who have a sibling taking part in a morning co-curricular activity. Pupils will be offered the breakfast serving during this time.
7.15-7.45AM Classroom doors will open at 7.15am to those pupils not enrolled in the Breakfast Society.
7.45AM Bill (Registration) All pupils are expected to be in their classroom by 7.45am each morning. Throughout the school day, pupils will engage with their beak (class teacher) and other specialists. Lessons will take place in a variety of locations including the classroom and specialist areas.
2PM (FS1) / 2.30PM (FS2) End of Academic Lessons 2pm pick up for FS1 and FS2 pupils not attending a co-curricular activity.
2.30-2.45PM Afternoon Tea Afternoon Tea will be provided for FS2 pupils attending a co-curricular activity.
2.45-3.30PM Co-curricular activities are introduced in FS2. FS2 pupils are expected to engage with a minimum of 1-2 co-curricular activities per week.
EXTENDED FELLOWS This externally run childcare provision is available to all pupils until 6pm MondayThursday. Pupils in FS2 have the option to attend once their co-curricular activity ends. This wraparound childcare provision is available at an additional cost.

THE DINING EXPERIENCE Inspired by the traditions of boarding school life, Harrow Abu Dhabi places great importance on meals as shared occasions. Breakfast, Lunch, and Team Tea are enjoyed together, helping pupils to develop social interaction, broaden their palates, and strengthen the sense of community, while enjoying our thoughtfully designed dining experience. Pupils will dine together with their houses alongside House Masters/Mistresses and beaks. The shared dining experience is a cornerstone of school life. This all-in approach to dining ensures that all pupils are fully fueled for their busy days at Harrow Abu Dhabi.
BREAKFAST SERVING Where applicable, for those attending a co-curricular activity or the Breakfast Society.
MORNING TEA Morning Tea provides a short break for pupils to enjoy a light snack and recharge for the next part of their day. Compulsory for all pupils.
LUNCH Compulsory for all pupils.
AFTERNOON TEA Afternoon Tea offers a moment to refocus and refuel before pupils attend co-curricular activities and/or Prep. Where applicable, for those attending a co-curricular activity and/or Prep.
TEAM TEA Team Tea is an invitation from the Harrow Team Captain to the visiting sports team. Should a visiting team accept the invitation, tea will take place following a home sports fixture and is hosted by the Harrow pupils with a summary of the match delivered by the Harrow Team captain.
