Salsa Verde

New Dish on the 2025 Menu

Ingredients

1 bunch parsley, minced

1 tbsp capers, drained and minced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 lemon, zested and juiced

¼ cup white balsamic vinegar

½ tsp red pepper flakes, or more to taste

1 anchovy filet, mashed

sea salt, to taste

cracked black pepper, to taste

¼ cup water

½ c extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Chop the parsley until finely minced and place in a large bowl.

Mince the capers and garlic and add to the parsley.

Add in the white balsamic

Yields around 1 pint

EXECUTIVE

Zest the lemon, then juice Add both the juice and zest to the parsley, capers, and garlic

Add the red pepper flakes, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp cracked black pepper, water, anchovy, and olive oil to the bowl and mix until incorporated. Taste for seasoning and add more salt, pepper, and/or red pepper flakes as desired

This Short Game Package will help you get the ball in the hole faster. Instruction wi include short/long putting, pace control, green reading, chipping, pitching, lob, and bunker shots.

3-Hour Package for $195

These three lessons will be dedicated to taking your slice and turning it into a hook.

12 Hour Package for $795

This package will start with a 9-hole playing evaluation of your game. After your 9-hole evaluation, we will sit down and go over strengths, weaknesses, and playing concepts. We will develop a game plan together and then, over the next 10 sessions, attack the weaknesses of your game. All parts of your game will be addressed, from putting, short/long putting, pace control, green reading, chipping, pitching, lob and bunker shots, short irons, long irons, hybrids, fairway woods, driver plus on-course play.

WEEKLY GROUNDS UPDATE

On Monday, the grounds team trenched and placed the conduit pipe and wiring for the new Verdin clock that will be installed this coming Monday, January 13th. A Verdin technician will be on site to oversee the assembly of the clock and electrical hookup. On Tuesday, we began our irrigation sprinkler head replacement project. As of today, 95% of Hole #1 has been completed. Once complete, we will move to Hole #2 on Monday. As a reminder, while the team is actively working on a hole, the tee box will be closed and the hole is able to be played as a par 3 ahead of the staff.
