EASTER BUNNY TRAIL MIX Ingredients 2 cups popcorn 1 cup Cheerios cereal 1 cup pretzels 1 cup mini marshmallows 1 cup Mini Eggs 1 tbsp sprinkles 100g white chocolate

1 Mix all the ingredients except the white chocolate together in a bowl and pour onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
2 Melt the white chocolate and drizzle this on top of the mixture. Refrigerate for 30 minutes until the chocolate has hardened.
3 Break the mixture up and place it into cups.
CHOCOLATE CRACKLE EGGS Ingredients 4 cups (140g) rice bubbles 2/3 cup (110g) icing sugar mixture 1 cup (80g) desiccated coconut 150g butter, chopped 100g white chocolate 100g dark chocolate, melted Coles Rainbow Pearls, to decorate Gold Sugar Stars, to decorate

1 Grease and line a 20cm x 30cm lamington pan withbaking paper, allowing the 2 long sides to overhang.
2 Combine the rice bubbles, icing sugar and coconut in a large bowl. Place butter and white chocolate in a small saucepan over medium heat and stir until just melted. Pour over the rice bubble mixture and stir well to combine
3 Remove slice from the pan. Use a 5cm egg-shaped cutter to cut egg shapes from pan. Use melted dark chocolate to attach decorations and decorate using writing icing.
EASTER FRIDGE SLICE Ingredients 395g sweetened condensed milk 100g butter, chopped 150g dark chocolate, chopped 2 tablespoons cocoa powder 200g pkt Arnott’s Tiny Teddy biscuits 100g mini chocolate chip biscuits 1 cup chopped marshmallows 50g small Cadbury Oreo Easter Eggs 1/4 cup M&M’s Speckled Eggs 100’s & 1000’s, to decorate
1 Grease and line the base and sides of a 16cm x 26cm slice pan, allowing the sides to overhang.
2 Combine the condensed milk, butter, chocolate and cocoa powder in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook, stirring, for 2-3 mins or until chocolate and butter melt and mixture is smooth. Set aside for 5 mins to cool slightly.
3 Meanwhile, reserve 12 Tiny Teddy biscuits and 5 chocolate chip biscuits. Chop remaining combined biscuits and place in a bowl with the marshmallow.
4 Pour the chocolate mixture over the biscuit mixture and gently stir with a metal spoon until just combined. Spoon into the prepared pan and smooth the surface. Sprinkle with the reserved biscuits, Easter eggs and 100’s & 1000’s. Cover with plastic wrap. Place in fridge for 2 hours or until firm. Cut into pieces.

Begin by cutting the potato in half. Press the open end of the potato onto the towel to help absorb the moisture. You will find that the insides are quite wet and can make the next step slippery and dangerous if you don’t dry them.

Once the open end of your potato is dry, you can begin cutting your designs into it. Use a knife or pick to make lines, circles, zig zags, and other shapes. BE CAREFUL as the potato can be slippery. Use a careful hand and take your time.
3 Press the open end of the potato to the towel to dry it again, as cutting into it can create additional moisture.
4 Press the cut end of the potato into the paint. It is easiest to put the paint on a plate for easy dipping. Remove any excess paint before stamping. (Or, you can use a brush for more detailed painting.)
5 Then, press the potato stamps to the paper and press firmly. Pull away and see your egg design on the paper. Repeat as much as you want. When you want to use a new color, just rinse the potato under water and it will rinse clean. There is no need to cut a new potato.

Start by looping the sock through the roll of tape and folding the edge of the sock over the tape.

When you have an opening, fill the sock with rice. If you don’t have tape, just carefully pour the rice into the sock. You only need to fill the sock halfway. Be sure you are still able to pinch the heel of the sock.

Squeeze the portion of the sock filled with rice and the unfilled part of the sock (this should almost resemble a snowman with three separate parts—the smallest on top, the biggest on the bottom). Use your twine to tie both areas nice and tight!
4 Cut the top portion of the sock (the unfilled part) right down the middle. That’s right! Your bunny now has ears. Using your scissors, cut from the inside of the ear to make them more petal-shaped.
5 Tie your ribbon around the bunny’s neck (between the two ricefilled portions of your sock). Then use your marker to give your bunny eyes and a mouth. If you used a black sock, you can use white thread to sew the eyes and mouth.
6 If you want to add a cute little tail, grab some of the fabric from the bottommost part of the bunny, and tie it up with twine.

If you already have coloured popsicle sticks then you can use them to mask your bunny nose mask, otherwise, you can paint them bright & cheerful pastel colours
2 To make the bunny’s whiskers we cut two white pipe cleaners into three equal lengths. Then glue them onto the top of the popsicle stick fanning them out a little.

To make the teeth for the bunny mask, draw them onto card with a black Sharpie.
4 Use a dab of glue to attach them over the lower whiskers leaving a little space above.
5 To make the cheeks for the rabbit mask, use 2 white pom poms. Glue them onto the whiskers slightly overlapping the teeth. Finish off the cute bunny nose mask by gluing on a mini pink pom pom.

Using a knitting needle, poke holes in the styrofoam balls.
2 Once you’ve made the hole in the styrofoam ball, slide it onto the lolly pop stick. Fold the wrapper around the stick as tightly as you can and gently twirl the styrofoam ball as you go to make sure it covers the wrapper.

Use hot glue to attach the googly eyes and pom poms for the face.
4 Cut out feet shapes from the sparkly craft foam.

Then use hot glue to attach the feet to the bottom of the lolly pop.

Fold a pipe cleaner to make the ears. Start by making a loop on one end, about 5cm long, and wrapping the end of the pipe cleaner to keep it in place. Then make another 5cm long loop on the other side and wrap the pipe cleaner end around itself. Fold the ears upwards so they can sit on top of the bunny head.

Use hot glue to attach the ears to the top of the styrofoam ball. Add two small pom poms for the bunny paws, and one small pom pom as the tail. The tail also helps to keep the bunny standing.
8 Tie a ribbon around the ears into a bow.

EGG AND SPOON RACE Egg-quipment Eggs Spoons Team mates

Give each player a tablespoon and egg. The egg can be plastic, hard-boiled, or even raw—though hard-boiled eggs tend to work the best. Make sure everyone who is playing has both an egg and a spoon big enough to hold the egg before they start the race.

Stand at the start line with the egg and spoons ready. To create the start line, you can put down a piece of rope or tape, or even just line everyone up evenly along the grass or floor. Have everyone place the egg carefully on their spoon so they’re ready to go!
3 Begin the race with a specific word or sound. You can blow a whistle, wave a flag, or say the word “go!” Make sure everyone is clear about the signal for starting the race so that each player starts at the same time.

Go quickly to the finish line while preventing the egg from falling. Each player should walk or run to the finish line, focusing on keeping the egg on their spoon so it doesn’t fall. If an egg falls off of a spoon, that player needs to return to the start line and start over again.
5 Win the race by crossing the finish line with your balanced egg first. Once you’ve made it to the finish line without dropping your egg, you win! Consider having a first, second, and third place winner, or giving each player a time and seeing if they can beat their own personal record.
6 Get creative and run the race with the spoon in your mouth. You can also have a relay with team mates by passing the egg to your team mates spoon at their end. Too make things even harder, you can crawl to the other side.
