Develop the Leader Within You through Leadership Hanover Are you looking for ways to better position yourself within the marketplace? Are you looking for career advancement? Are you a leader new to the Hanover area? Look no further than Leadership Hanover! Leadership Hanover is a unique leadership program focused on discovering and developing the leader within you. The program is designed to help make you more successful by increasing your knowledge of the Hanover area, networking with key businessmen and women throughout the community, and establishing strong relationships with other participants.
“Leadership means being an example and a source of motivation to encourage your team to be the best it can be,” said Jess Feaga, Distribution Accounting Supervisor at Snyder’s-Lance Inc., and a 2017 graduate of Leadership Hanover. Meeting one day a month for six months, the program focuses on key components of the community, including: education, economic development, health and wellness, local government and state government.
