Leadership Hanover Provides Participants with New Perspectives “The Leadership Hanover program has opened my eyes to some of the struggles and successes within the Hanover community that I was previously unaware of,” said Jess Feaga, Distribution Accounting Supervisor at Snyder’s-Lance Inc., and a 2017 graduate of Leadership Hanover.

The program is designed to help make you more successful by better knowing the Hanover area, networking with key business men and women throughout the community, and establishing strong relationships with other participants.
