3rd Annual Snack Town Brewfest a Shining Success

More than 1,500 attendees were greeted with sunny skies, comfortable temperatures, and low humidity at the third annual Snack Town Brewfest in June. This year's festival took place on Saturday, June 22. New this year were the Amish Outlaws, a regional cover band. Their high-energy performances kept the crowd on their feet until the festival ended at 5:00. Also new this year: special VIP glasses! VIP's recieved full size, belgian-style glasses upon entering the festival at 12:00. Yet another reason to upgrade to VIP next year! With 40 breweries and wineries in attendance, as well as eleven food vendors, attendees had the opportunity to taste a wide variety of brews and foods. As for activities, attendees could choose from yard games such as giant Jenga, giant dominoes, and corn hole.
Event proceeds will go towards economic development and workforce initiatives that benefit the greater Hanover area.
