Conference Registration is Open!
Last week, we officially opened the online registration link for our General Conference on July 21-24, 2026.
You can Click Here to register.
When you do, you will be taken to the basic information screen. Read the information, then click the green “Register” button. You will need to enter your phone number. Then, the automated system will text you a 6-digit confirmation number. Enter it, and then click on your name.
The registration form will ask for several things:
First, it will ask how many people you are registering, and in what categories:
• EMC Credentialed Voting Delegate
• Voting Delegate
• Non-voting Guest
• Youth (6th – 12th grade)
• Elementary Kids (K – 5th grade)
• Preschool Kids (2-4 yrs old)
• Nursery (0-2 yrs old)
Next, it will ask for the names of the person or persons you are registering. NOTE: If you are registering yourself and others, you may need to select “Add a New Person,” and the system will collect some basic information for them. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT EVERYONE IS REGISTERED WITH A PERSONAL NAME - NOT THE NAME OF YOUR CHURCH. This is important for meal selection, etc.
The next screen will ask a few specific details, including:
• Your lunch selection for Tuesday’s box lunch
• If you plan to take your prepared lunch to the EMW Ladies Luncheon that day
• Whether you wish for a printed packet or an electronic link to the conference reports
Finally, it will ask how you wish to pay for registration and the catering fee. And then you’ll be done!
