April 22, 2025 Journey Missions Offering Update It was so great to connect with our pastors and people during our four District meetings in Virginia, Missouri, Arizona, and Idaho! Thank you to everyone who gave sacrificially and selflessly through our Journey Missions Offerings. We are excited to be able to sow into our five Global Conferences so that the Kingdom of our Lord and Christ will be expanded around the world.

Easter Sunrise over Lake Norman, near Denver, NC

The cumulative offering total currently stands at:

$17,130

“Very early on Sunday morning, just at sunrise, they went to the tomb … but the angel said, “Don’t be alarmed. You are looking for Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified. He isn’t here! He is risen from the dead!” Mark 16:2, 6 nlt

We praise the Lord for every Resurrec7on scene from “Light in the Darkness” single dollar given! But we also want to let you know that the offering total is still open to change! If you feel that you’d like to contribute, but thought you missed your opportunity, please know that YOU HAVE NOT. The Journey Missions Offering will be open through the remainder of April. You can give online by CLICKING HERE, or by sending a check to EMC Headquarters between now and the 30th. Anything postmarked by that date will be included in the final total. And thank you again for giving!!! Resurrection weekend was a special time for me to be able to attend Riverside EMC’s presentation of “Light in the Darkness,” written by Pastor Brian Gordon. What an amazing presentation of the Gospel! And, I had the joy of attending Thompson Memorial with Pastor James Torrance for an Easter Sunrise Service and breakfast fellowship! I loved every minute of both experiences. HE IS RISEN!
