The Walkers spent Easter weekend visiting and ministering with Rev. Henri Kadima, his wife, Chimelle, and their four sons: Aziel, Ophra, Ohad, and Hayil, and Chimelle’s mother, Marie. The Kadimas are pastoring a young church in Apex, North Carolina, in the greater Raleigh area. Originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo, the Kadimas came to the US years ago and are naturalized citizens. They were part of the Christ for all Nations Global Conference. When CFAN decided to disaNiliate from the EMC last August, Rev. Kadima, along with Rev. Mpetembe in Montreal, chose to remain, and are both EMC Elders in the USA Conference. Their organization is named the “International Group of Christ Friends.” They call themselves GRIAC, which is the abbreviation of their name in French. GRIAC is both a ministry and an NGO (non-government organization), but was never formally part of the CFAN Global Conference. GRIAC is small but multinational.
