PROVEN PERFORMANCE IN INDEPENDENT TESTS
Our Base+ safety mats have been independently tested by TÜV Rheinland, a globally recognized organization for inspection, testing and certification. The mats were tested for abrasion resistance, slip resistance and residual indentation in accordance with ISO 10361, EN 16165 and ISO 6356.
Oil and chemical resistance
In industrial environments where oils, greases or chemicals are used, it is essential that mats are resistant to these substances. This prevents material degradation, extends service life and ensures a safe, stable surface for employees.
Anti-static (ESD)
For workplaces where electrostatic discharge poses a risk, anti-static mats are available. Flame retardant: In environments with potential heat sources, such as welding areas, a flame-retardant mat is essential.
Shock absorbing
The level of shock absorption provided by the mat is essential for reducing pressure on joints and muscles.
Antislip
A slip-resistant surface is crucial to prevent slips and falls, especially in environments where liquids may be present. Pay attention to the R-rating (e.g. R10 according to DIN 51130).
