MASTER'S WELCOME

2024-2025

It has been a remarkable year at Haileybury. As you will see while paging through this yearbook, 2024-2025 has been filled with energy, achievement and an extraordinary breadth of activity. In my first year as Master, it has been both a privilege and a pleasure to witness our pupils embracing the opportunities available to them with such enthusiasm and confidence.

Haileybury is a vibrant and dynamic school and this yearbook offers just a glimpse of the commitment to excellence, the spirit of participation and the sense of community that define us.

We were delighted to share at the start of this academic year 'Haileybury 2030' - a bold and exciting vision for the future which captures our key priorities for the next five years. Created with input from across our community, 'Haileybury 2030' reflects our unwavering commitment to ensuring that our school continues to go from strength to strength in the years ahead.

We have reason to feel proud of what we achieved together this past year and excited about the road ahead.

Welcome to Haileybury 365

This academic year at Haileybury has been truly memorable. The arrival of our new Master, Eugene du Toit, set an inspiring tone for a year filled with remarkable achievements and unforgettable moments.

Innovation and ambition took center stage as our VEX Robotics team made school history, competing at the VEX World Championships in Dallas and proudly representing both Haileybury and the UK on the international stage. Meanwhile, the arts came alive with dazzling productions of Richard III, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and Great Expectations, showcasing the extraordinary creativity and talent of our pupils.

Global engagement and leadership were celebrated as the Haileybury Model United Nations marked

its 30th anniversary with a landmark conference, bringing together young minds to debate and collaborate on pressing international issues. On the sports field, our pupils’ dedication and skill shone through, reaching 12 national finals across 9 different disciplines—a testament to their perseverance, teamwork and spirit.

This year also saw us boldly reach for the stars with a groundbreaking partnership with BAE Systems to develop a CubeSat, opening thrilling new opportunities in space exploration.

As we look back on a year of remarkable accomplishments, it is clear that Haileybury’s community continues to push boundaries, inspire one another and shape the leaders of tomorrow.

HEADS OF SCHOOL

Being Head of School this year has been so rewarding and a lot of fun! From assemblies, eventplanning and meetings to Open Days and speeches, this role has stretched me and given me the privilege of representing the school community.

This year has been a memorable one for the Heads of School, marked by the arrival of our new Master, Mr du Toit, in September. I have greatly valued the opportunity to contribute to school life and working alongside my fellow Heads of School—Archie, Lucy and Luke—as well as the dedicated College Prefect team, has been the highlight of my time in this role.

I am proud of what we have achieved together to make this year a meaningful one. My time as Head of School has been so special and I will carry my U6 memories with me as I move on to university.

MAKING HAILEYBURY HISTORY IN DALLAS

MUN

MODEL

30 YEARS OF HAILEYBURY MUN

This year, Haileybury proudly celebrated a landmark moment, our 30th annual Model United Nations (MUN) conference!

What began three decades ago with fewer than 100 pupils has grown into the UK’s largest school-based MUN event and this year we welcomed a record-breaking 850+ delegates from across the globe.

Over the course of the weekend, pupils stepped into the shoes of UN ambassadors, passionately debating global issues, building consensus and developing leadership, diplomacy and public speaking skills in real-time committee sessions.

To mark the 30th anniversary, this year’s conference also honoured Haileybury’s rich international legacy and global partnerships. Special contributions came from the Haileybury Youth Trust, Haileybury Turnford and joining us for the very first time, Haileybury Malta.

This milestone event was not only a powerful platform for meaningful dialogue and collaboration but also a proud celebration of Haileybury’s commitment to nurturing globally minded, socially aware young leaders.

In June, the annual Academic Exhibition Fair showcased 49 impressive academic research posters, created by pupils from Lower School through to Sixth Form.

A celebration of learning

Each pupil explored a topic or question they were intrigued by and wanted to tackle. The variety of topics was remarkable, ranging from the very latest in scientific technology to thought-provoking social and political issues, with many pupils demonstrating curiosity across two or more subject areas.

The event was a true celebration of creativity, academic curiosity and the enthusiasm for learning that defines academic life at Haileybury.

THE HAILEYBURY LECTURES

ONE OF THE MANY WAYS HAILEYBURY ENRICHES THE PUPIL EXPERIENCE IS THROUGH AN EXCITING PROGRAMME OF LECTURES THAT BRING THE OUTSIDE WORLD INTO OUR CLASSROOMS.

This year was no exception. Designed to spark curiosity and broaden horizons, the series connected our pupils with some of the most influential and inspiring thinkers of our time.

We were honoured to welcome an exceptional line-up of guest speakers, including:

Professor Seung Kim

Professor Yang-Hui He

Dame Jocelyn Bell Burnell

Alan Rusbridger

Professor Craig Underwood

Dr Su Li

Professor Edith Hall

Kate Apley

Beth Knight

From pioneering scientific breakthroughs and revolutionary mathematics to journalism, literature and the arts, each speaker brought their world-class expertise to Haileybury— offering our pupils a rare and thrilling opportunity to engage directly with leaders who are shaping the future.

These unforgettable encounters challenged our pupils to think bigger, pursue bold aspirations and imagine new possibilities. They left inspired, informed and ready to take their own place in the world.

ART EXHIBITIONS

creativity, inspiration and achievement.

The Art Department at Haileybury has enjoyed an exceptional year, filled with creativity, inspiration and achievement. The Removes and Lower School exhibition was a particular highlight, attracting large audiences who came to admire an impressive range of work across print, drawing and painting. Senior pupils also presented their coursework with flair, while the CAV group added to the School’s visual landscape by

designing striking mosaics and new signage for the Mudlarks café which is now a featured stop on our Arts Trail.

A visit from OH Sophie Miller, now a curator at the Singapore National Gallery, offered pupils a fascinating glimpse into the world of contemporary art and proved a real source of inspiration.

The photographic darkroom is now fully equipped for new projects next year and external assessors praised the individuality and diversity that runs through every pupil’s work. With nearly 20 submissions to the Royal Academy Young Artist competition and guests comparing our exhibitions to top London galleries, this has truly been a standout year for Art at Haileybury.

Newton's apple tree lives on

Haileybury celebrated an historic moment with the planting of a direct descendant of Sir Isaac Newton's famous apple tree in Quad.

This sapling, one of only ten, is propagated from the 400-yearold Flower of Kent apple tree at Woolsthorpe Manor, Lincolnshire, where Newton formulated his theory of gravity.

The planting ceremony marked the culmination of a project led by Deputy Master, Simon Heard, who secured this prestigious gift through the generosity of donors.

This living piece of scientific history will serve as an inspiration for generations of Haileybury pupils. As it grows, the tree will stand as a testament to the power of curiosity and discovery, embodying the spirit of innovation that we aim to encourage in our pupils.

Since September, Mudlarks, a Hertford-based charity supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health concerns, has been using polytunnels here at Haileybury to grow produce for their café and gardening shop.

MUDLARKS

Giving back

To provide amenities for the Mudlarks gardeners year-round, pupils have planned for a new woodshed, with electricity and running water, to be built close to the polytunnels.

Haileybury pupils also launched a Saturday volunteering initiative at the Mudlarks cafe, further strengthening the partnership and supporting the charity's vital work.

HOUSE SPIRIT

SOME OF THE MOST ANTICIPATED HIGHLIGHTS IN THE SCHOOL CALENDAR!

House life lies at the heart of the Haileybury experience and this year has been packed once again with exciting events that brought our 13 Houses together in a celebration of community, camaraderie and healthy competition.

From lively House Nights to spirited competitions in sport, music, dance and drama, pupils embraced every opportunity to shine.

With social gatherings, creative performances and thrilling competitions, House events continue to be a much-loved and vibrant part of life at Haileybury and some of the most anticipated highlights in the school calendar!

OF LOWER SCHOOL YEARS

This year we proudly celebrated a special milestone; the anniversary of the official opening of the Lower School Building on 30 April 1985.

For over four decades, this much-loved building has been the beating heart of the Lower School, shaping the daily lives, friendships and memories of generations of Haileybury pupils.

Marking the occasion, our current pupils brought their own creativity and energy to the celebrations, forming a striking “human number” display that captured both the spirit of the moment and the joy of community.

As we look ahead, we do so with excitement and optimism, knowing that within these walls, future generations will continue to grow, learn and thrive, adding their own chapters to the proud story of the Lower School.

RED BENCH PROJECT

To mark the start of 16 days of action to combat violence against women, Haileybury participated in the Red Bench Project in November.

The bench was generously donated by a local supporter of the project and having been painted red, it was placed in Quad. Pupils could come and sit, reflect and discuss ways in which we can make a change and was seen as a platform for starting conversations about violence against women. After 16 days at Haileybury, the bench was taken to Bishop's Stortford where it has become a permanent feature.

Guests enjoyed a wonderful selection of complimentary German food and drinks, served with warmth and enthusiasm by our pupils in Removes, who took on the role of waiters and waitresses. Impressively, all orders were taken and served entirely in German, providing an immersive and authentic experience.

Our pupils showed exceptional skill in transforming classroom knowledge into real-world communication, proving that language is not just about words, but about connection and cultural understanding.

FORGING MEMORIES THAT WILL LAST ERINNERUNGEN SCHAFFEN, DIE BLEIBEN WERDEN

Haileybury has launched a space programme and is aiming to become the first school in Europe to launch a satellite.

The space mission, led by pupils at Haileybury, has been set up in an exciting partnership with British multinational aerospace company, BAE Systems and pupils and staff enjoyed a programme launch event at the beginning of the year.

The programme’s aim is to launch a mini satellite, known as CubeSat, into space. The pupils have chosen to install an optical camera inside, which will gather essential data from high above Earth on the impacts of global warming, including deforestation and wildfires. The intention is for this information to contribute to the worldwide efforts to protect the planet from climate change.

HELPING TO PROTECT THE PLANET FROM CLIMATE CHANGE.

CUBESAT

A MISSION BEYOND THE CLASSROOM

Many schools have tried to launch a satellite into orbit since the 1990s, but none have succeeded to date. If Haileybury becomes the first to achieve this, our pupils will be placed at the forefront of space education in Europe. It will also create a model that schools around the world can use to provide similar opportunities for their pupils.

Haileybury’s Greenpower Electric Race Car Charges into Action at Mallory Park.

RACING

Haileybury pupils have taken engineering and sustainability to the fast lane with their thrilling Greenpower project. After months of designing and building their very own electric race car, the team made an electrifying debut at Mallory Park Race Circuit in Leicestershire.

Race day brought its share of challenges, with unpredictable weather adding extra twists and turns. Yet the Haileybury team rose to the occasion and four drivers each completed 20 laps of the 1.35-mile circuit, gaining valuable experience and honing their skills with every lap.

By the end of the day the team had improved their lap times and proudly secured 30th place out of 35 teams. A fantastic first outing for Haileybury’s Greenpower squad and all eyes are now on their next race as they continue to push the boundaries of engineering and innovation.

Battling heat and new conditions, the teams impressed with balanced results and some standout performances. Off the field, pupils explored Galle and Colombo, visited a turtle hatchery and marvelled at an elephant sanctuary. A tour full of cricket, culture and memories to last a lifetime.

SOUTH AFRICA RUGBY TOUR

Haileybury rugby players kicked off their South Africa tour in style with a 33–19 win against the Harlequins under the lights, followed by a dominant 48–7 victory at the Festival of Unity. Between matches, the boys flew through the treetops on the Cape Canopy Tour, surfed, climbed Table Mountain, went on thrilling game drives and connected with local communities. With resilience, skill and team spirit on full display, the tour was the perfect mix of rugby excellence, adventure and cultural discovery.

SPORTING TOURS

A SPECTACULAR YEAR OF MUSIC

The Music Department has once again delivered an extraordinary year of concerts and performances that showcased the outstanding talent and passion of our pupils.

The year began on a high note with the superb College Recital, setting the tone for what was to come. The Christmas Concert in Big School brought the festive spirit alive with a heartwarming array of seasonal music, while the Spring Concert shone a spotlight on our Symphony Orchestra and Chamber Choir in full splendour.

Arts Week was a true celebration of musical artistry, featuring a breathtaking organ recital and the much-loved “Madrigals by the Pool” in the idyllic riverside setting of Great Amwell, where the Chamber Choir and Choral Society brought English madrigals to life in glorious harmony.

Throughout the year, pupils lit up the stage in a range of unforgettable events—including the Musician of the Year recital, the thrilling Concerto Concert, the Junior Music Showcase and a series of Spotlight recitals that gave individual performers their time to shine.

What a year it has been for Haileybury’s talented musicians!

TALENT SHINES, SPIRITS LIFT AND MEMORIES ARE MADE.

JAZZ AND POP CONCERTS

This year’s Jazz and Pop Concerts were once again a highlight of the school calendar, showcasing the energy, creativity and musical talent of our pupils. From soulful jazz numbers to upbeat pop favourites, the evenings were filled with variety and flair.

Performances ranged from soloists and duets to choirs and full bands, with some pupils sharing original songs alongside much-loved covers. Each act brought its own style, adding to the electric atmosphere and keeping the audience captivated throughout.

The concerts took place in our transformed hall, which offered the relaxed feel of a jazz club. Parents and friends gathered around candlelit tables, enjoying food and drinks while soaking in the performances under warm, atmospheric lighting.

It was an unforgettable experience — a true celebration of music, community and the confidence of our performers.

HAILEYBURY CHAMBER CHOIR

A HARMONIOUS YEAR

The Haileybury Chamber Choir has enjoyed an exceptional year of music-making, marked by memorable performances and rich experiences that have inspired both audiences and singers alike.

One of the highlights was their beautiful contribution to the traditional Christmas Carol Service at St Mary-le-Bow in London. Their performance added a moving and festive spirit to this much-loved event, bringing joy to the entire Haileybury community.

Later in the year, the Choir embarked on an uplifting tour to Norfolk, where they had the privilege of performing in the magnificent Norwich Cathedral and at St Mary and All Saints Church in Little Walsingham.

These experiences not only showcased their musical talents but also deepened their sense of ensemble and strengthened friendships within the group.

To conclude the academic year, the Chamber Choir gave a refined and elegant recital in the picturesque setting of the Master’s Garden. It was a fitting finale to a year that has celebrated both musical excellence and the enduring power of shared artistic expression.

“NOW IS THE WINTER OF OUR DISCONTENT MADE GLORIOUS SUMMER BY THIS SUN OF YORK.”

In the Autumn term, the school production of Richard III brought Shakespeare’s dark and gripping history play to life with powerful performances and bold direction. From the chilling ambition of Richard to the dramatic twists of betrayal and revenge, the cast captured the intensity of the play with remarkable maturity and skill.

“A HORSE! A HORSE! MY KINGDOM FOR A HORSE!”
RICHARD III

With striking staging, atmospheric lighting and a modern edge, the production offered a fresh take on a classic tale, leaving audiences both impressed and enthralled. It was a testament to the talent, dedication and creativity of our pupils both onstage and behind the scenes.

C HARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY

In January, Haileybury pupils brought Roald Dahl’s magical world of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory to life in a spectacular production that dazzled from start to finish. The performances were staged at the BEAM Theatre in Hertford and after weeks of intense rehearsals, the cast delivered performances bursting with energy, character and charm, capturing the hearts of sell-out audiences.

Behind the scenes, a dedicated team worked tirelessly to prepare every detail: over 130 unique props, more than 100 vibrant costumes, complex lighting and sound cues and a beautifully imagined set.

“THE STAGING WAS INCREDIBLE AND THE PUPILS’ OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCES REALLY BROUGHT THE STORY TO LIFE.”

Their creativity and precision ensured that the technical elements matched the ambition and professionalism of the performances on stage.

From captivating solo performances to slick ensemble numbers, the show was a true celebration of Haileybury talent across the year groups. It was, without doubt, a golden ticket event!

“IMPRESSIVE SPECIAL EFFECTS AND TALENTED YOUNG ACTORS MADE FOR AN UNFORGETTABLE EVENING.”

GREAT EXPECTATIONS

THIS WAS GREAT EXPECTATIONS AS NEVER SEEN BEFORE; AMBITIOUS, POLISHED AND POWERED BY THE PASSION AND TALENT OF THE PUPILS IN LOWER SCHOOL.

The Lower School’s production of Great Expectations played to sold-out audiences and it’s safe to say that Dickens’ classic was thoroughly reimagined. Taking on a sprawling tale that many remember in monochrome, the pupils brought colour and playfulness to the fore, with iconic scenes conjured from fabric and paddle steamers that were tables. With five Pips, three Estellas and a company of energetic performers, this was Great Expectations like the audience had never seen before!

Behind the curtain, the technical crew rose brilliantly to the challenge of managing over 200 sound cues and 100 lighting transitions, keeping the pace tight and the atmosphere electric throughout. The production also marked a first for our young performers, who became the inaugural cast to use the newly refurbished backstage facilities.

2025 ARTS WEEK

A CELEBRATION OF CREATIVITY

Arts Week at Haileybury was a vibrant celebration of creativity, talent and community spirit.

The week opened with an inspiring music therapy lecture and a magnificent piano performance by an Upper Sixth pupil, setting a high standard for the events to follow. Pupils showcased their musical and dramatic talents in dynamic concerts, a bold reinterpretation of Julius Caesar and a dazzling musical theatre showcase, while the Art and DT exhibition impressed with its professional quality and creativity.

EMBRACING THE TRANSFORMATIVE POWER OF THE ARTS

The week drew to a spectacular close with the ever-popular Pop on Pavilion, followed the next day by a joyful Chapel service and the muchloved annual Avenue Run. These wonderful traditions brought our whole community together, leaving everyone uplifted and full of pride in our pupils' achievements, their spirit and the transformative power of the arts.

FRESH TASTES

This year, we were delighted to welcome Holroyd Howe, one of the UK’s leading independent school caterers, to Haileybury.

The arrival of Holroyd Howe has brought a fresh and exciting approach to dining, with pupils and staff enjoying a diverse range of daily menus, flavours and food styles.

From vibrant meals in the Dining Hall to tasty snacks and drinks served throughout the day in the Grubber, this new partnership has elevated the culinary experience on campus.

The Master and Mrs du Toit warmly welcomed Lower School, Middle School and Sixth Form parents to a series of delightful Lunches at The Lodge.

Lunches at The Lodge

Bathed in beautiful summer sunshine, the Lodge garden provided the perfect setting for guests who enjoyed a sumptuous buffet lunch, sparkling conversation and the pleasure of catching up with both familiar faces and new friends. The Lunches were a wonderful celebration of community spirit.

CHAPEL

Chapel services are an important part of school life and a wonderful opportunity for our community to come together and reflect, whether it is within the Chapel’s familiar walls, outdoors on the grass beneath the spreading branches of Lightning Oak or in the woods illuminated by firelight.

Patronal Festival

Our inaugural Patronal Festival was a truly special occasion as the Haileybury community came together to mark the dedication of our Chapel to the Ascension.

The entire school gathered for a joyful and uplifting Sung Eucharist, followed by a barbecue on Terrace and House Tug-of-War competition.

Through our vibrant Community Action and Service (CAV) programme, pupils partnered with local charities, schools and environmental projects to support causes that matter. Whether running activities for primary school children, lending a hand at Mudlarks Café, or bringing new life to the school allotment, they have shown initiative, empathy and true community spirit.

MAKING A DIFFERENCE

Volunteering is woven into the fabric of life at Haileybury and this year our pupils have embraced every opportunity to give back, lead with purpose and make a real impact, both locally and further afield.

This year’s environmental engagement was especially strong, with pupils contributing to vital programmes such as Drinkable Rivers and Ecomap and even crafting swift boxes to aid conservation efforts. Their creativity also shone through in initiatives like leading French classes at the Village Hall and launching “Knitting in the Library”, a new project with intergenerational connections at its heart.

From learning sign language to supporting food distribution through the Hertford Pantry, and opening our campus to the wider public through “Haileybury Open Doors,” our pupils have gone above and beyond. Every act of service, big or small, has helped build a stronger, more compassionate community and we are incredibly proud of the energy and leadership they’ve brought to every initiative.

This summer marked the third year of Hearts & Wings, our week-long residential holiday for children with disabilities, run in partnership with Green Frog. Based in Batten and Kipling, the programme welcomed 25 young holidaymakers (ages 11–17), each paired with their own helper to ensure 1:1 care at all times.

The team was extraordinary – 36 Haileybury Sixth Formers and recent OHs, supported by 33 experienced staff and four of our teachers – who all worked together to create a truly unforgettable week.

From swimming, pizza-making, bushcraft and talent shows to magical trips to Legoland, Hertfordshire Zoo, Frinton beach and more, every day was packed with joy, laughter and adventure. Ofsted once again rated the programme “Outstanding, with no recommendations” which is a testament to the dedication of everyone involved.

The impact was threefold: a fun-filled, action-packed week for the holidaymakers; a life-changing experience for our helpers; and precious respite for families and carers. Most importantly, it was all made possible thanks to the generosity of our community through fundraising, Giving Week and Charity Committee initiatives.

HEARTS & WINGS

DUKE OF EDINBURGH'S AWARD

Well done to all of our DofE participants for successfully completing their challenges this year.

Our Silver participants completed a successful practice hike in the New Forest, camping for two nights and walking 15km daily with great teamwork and spirit. Meanwhile, pupils working towards their Gold award took to the water for their canoe training, completing a two-day paddle on the River Ouse before their final expedition on the River Severn in June.

New Forest River Ouse

ADVENTURE, LEADERSHIP AND SERVICE

This year, Haileybury’s Combined Cadet Force (CCF) offered an outstanding programme of adventure and challenging experiences across all three service sections.

From soaring over RAF Wittering in two-seater training aircraft to gliding silently through the skies, and from navigating Welsh rivers by canoe to sailing the Solent, cadets seized every adventure with energy and enthusiasm. The year also included unforgettable trips such as a visit to the historic Royal Dockyards in Chatham and an exhilarating ski expedition to Bavaria, blessed with perfect weather and powdery snow.

Closer to home, cadets refined their marksmanship through shooting and archery, pushed themselves with climbing challenges and strengthened their fieldcraft in a variety of demanding scenarios.

The CCF Ceremonial Duties team once again exemplified discipline and dedication, training each week to perform with precision at major school events. Their presence brought a sense of honour and dignity to key occasions including the Fifths' Annual Parade, the VE Day commemoration and the poignant Acts of Remembrance at Red House and the Cross of Sacrifice on 11 November.

It has been a year defined by commitment, camaraderie and the spirit of service—an inspiring chapter in the proud tradition of the CCF at Haileybury.

Field Day at Haileybury offered pupils a thrilling day of adventure and learning across a range of disciplines.

Royal Navy Cadets explored the Historic Dockyard in Chatham, delving into naval history and taking part in hands-on activities like rope making. The Army section honed their fieldcraft at Merville Barracks in Colchester, culminating in live firing

on a 25-metre range, a highlight of their training.

RAF cadets travelled to RAF Wittering for air rifle shooting and practical leadership exercises, building towards their Blue Leadership badge. Meanwhile, Adventure Skills pupils took on the challenges of Kelvedon Hatch Nuclear Bunker, including an escape room and a muddy assault course.

OUTDOOR LEARNING

This year, our pupils have embraced the thrill of the newly created outdoor adventure area in Hailey Wood.

From campfire cooking and flower pressing to bug hunts, den building and hands-on creative crafts, the space has ignited curiosity, imagination and a real love of the outdoors.

AND THE ADVENTURE DOESN’T STOP HERE—THIS FANTASTIC AREA WILL CONTINUE TO GROW AND DEVELOP, OFFERING EVEN MORE OPPORTUNITIES FOR EXPLORATION AND DISCOVERY IN THE YEARS AHEAD.

HYT

Haileybury Youth Trust (HYT) has continued to make an extraordinary impact in Uganda this year, driving forward its mission of climate-friendly construction, skills training and improved access to clean water.

At Bwindi’s Kitariro Primary School, a new rainwater harvesting tank is now transforming daily life for Batwa children, providing safe drinking water and proper sanitation. The project uses innovative Interlocking Stabilised Soil Blocks (ISSBs), which not only cut carbon emissions but also dramatically reduce the need for firewood.

In northern Uganda, the Oasis Project at the Bidi Bidi Refugee Settlement flourished, with Phase 1 bringing rainwater tanks, sustainable brick benches and shade-giving trees to 10 schools, turning classrooms into vibrant, resilient spaces for learning and growth.

Across all of its projects, HYT saved an incredible 2,612 tons of carbon dioxide, equivalent to preserving 356 mature trees, thanks to its pioneering use of ISSB technology.

Haileybury pupils have also played their part: following last July’s trip to Uganda, two former Upper Sixth pupils returned in January for three months of hands-on volunteering with HYT as part of their gap year.

Together, these achievements highlight not only HYT’s global reach, but also the lasting values of innovation, service and compassion that define the Haileybury community.
