We want to make you aware of several important changes coming in early 2026.
On March 1, 2026, Fletcher Supply Company will transition to a new ERP system on the Oracle platform. This upgrade will power our enhanced webstore and customer portal, giving you faster access to online ordering, real-time inventory visibility, account information, and flexible payment options. As part of this modernization, our Corporate team will take a more active role in managing customer credit lines and account balances to ensure consistency and support across all locations.
To prepare for this transition, our credit policy is being updated. Beginning February 1, 2026, any account with invoices more than 60 days past due will move to COD status. COD accounts may also be subject to COD plus 10 percent. This is not a fee. The additional 10 percent will be added to the COD invoice at checkout and automatically applied to the oldest outstanding balance on the account.
