A TERRIFIC SEASON FOR GVR MEMBERS After two seasons impacted heavily by the pandemic, nobody currently in Green Valley will be surprised to hear that snowbirds have returned in big numbers. If you’re here, you know the Safeway parking lot is again a menace and morning commutes need to be adjusted for the time it takes to make a left onto La Canada. January at GVR included:
1,129 spaces were reserved, including:
• 77 new GVR members (including two opt-ins)
• 65 for HOA meetings and socials
• 120 courses offered
• 98 for GVR events, GVR governance, and outside rentals
• 445 incoming tenants
