A $24.3 million water supply system (left), was commissioned on Saturday at New Found Out, Region 10, which will give members of the 35 households in the riverine community access to potable water. A similar system (right), valued $22.5 million, was commissioned at Falmouth, also in Region Ten, and will service some 400 residents. The installation of the two water supply systems represents a significant step towards improving the quality of life for residents who previously depended on water from the river, and rainwater harvesting for their daily needs (Ministry of Housing and Water photos)
