Bishop Juan Edghill, Minister of Public Works, accompanied by Mr. Ron Rohoman, Co-ordinator and Head of the Works Services Group, welcomed and addressed 84 students from the University of Guyana and Government Technical Institute, who are beginning their work-study programme at the ministry.
