—Ministers dispatched by President Ali as more than 20 persons displaced

Minister of Natural Resources Vickram Bharrat and Minister of Home Affairs Oneidge Walrond meet with residents of Apaiqua Landing, Mazaruni River, Region Seven, on Saturday following a devastating fire which destroyed nine buildings and displaced more than 20 persons. The ministers were dispatched on the instructions of President, Dr Irfaan Ali as the government continues relief and assessment efforts in the affected community
