As we move into the second half of 2026, one thing is becoming increasingly clear: while the real estate market has certainly evolved over the past few years, opportunity continues to exist for those who are willing to adapt, build relationships, and stay focused on serving their clients well.

The days of historically low interest rates and frenzied bidding wars may be behind us, but that doesn’t mean the market has lost its strength. In many ways, we are returning to a healthier, more balanced environment where professional Realtors truly demonstrate their value. Buyers need knowledgeable guidance to navigate financing options and negotiate effectively. Sellers need accurate pricing strategies and creative marketing to stand out in today’s marketplace. Experience, communication, and trust matter more than ever.

As we look toward the remainder of 2026, I believe we will continue to see gradual stabilization across much of the Gulf Coast. Interest rates may fluctuate modestly, but consumers are adapting. Homeownership remains one of the most effective ways to build long-term wealth, and life doesn’t stop simply because rates change. Families continue to grow, careers evolve, retirees relocate, and people still need places to call home.

One of the greatest advantages we enjoy on the Mississippi Gulf Coast is something that no economic cycle can take away—our incredible quality of life.

Every year, thousands of people discover what many of us have known all along. The Gulf Coast offers a unique combination of coastal beauty, affordability, Southern hospitality, and an easygoing lifestyle that is becoming increasingly difficult to find elsewhere. Our six coastal counties continue to attract retirees seeking warmer weather and lower living costs. Military families appreciate the strong communities surrounding our installations. Remote workers have discovered they can enjoy a coastal lifestyle without sacrificing career opportunities. Young families are drawn by excellent neighborhoods, expanding amenities, and a genuine sense of community.

Tourism also continues to introduce new people to our region every day. Many visitors who initially come for a vacation eventually decide they want to make the Gulf Coast their permanent home. Rising Through Relationships

At an age when many young adults are still deciding what career path to pursue, Bryanna Boggs has already established herself as one of the Mississippi Gulf Coast’s rising stars in real estate.

In just her first full year in the industry, Bryanna closed 26 homes totaling more than $7.5 million in sales volume and earned a spot among the Real Producers Top 100 of 2025. Yet despite her impressive early success, numbers are not what motivate her most.

For Bryanna, real estate has always been about people.

“I love that real estate gives you a front-row seat to some of the most important moments in people’s lives,” she says. “Their highest highs, their lowest lows, and everything in between. Being there for someone while they’re making one of the biggest and often most stressful purchases of their life is incredibly meaningful.”

Today, Bryanna serves buyers throughout the Mississippi Gulf Coast as a sales agent with D.R. Horton, helping clients navigate one of life’s most significant milestones: homeownership.

A Gulf Coast Story

Although Bryanna was born in Oklahoma City, her connection to the Mississippi Gulf Coast began almost immediately.

As the daughter of a military family, she moved frequently throughout her childhood. Yet despite living in different places, Mississippi always felt like home.

“My parents didn’t know much about Mississippi when they were first stationed here,” Bryanna says.

“But they quickly fell in love with the Gulf Coast and the people. No matter where we moved, we eventually found our way back.”

That empathy has become one of her greatest strengths.

An Unconventional Beginning Bryanna’s path into real estate was anything but traditional.

She graduated from the Mississippi School for Mathematics and Science in May 2024 and worked as a barista at French Kiss Pastries in downtown Ocean Springs before launching her real estate career.

While some may have questioned entering the industry at such a young age, Bryanna had something many new agents spend years developing: relationships.

Growing up surrounded by real estate professionals gave her a firsthand view of the impact agents can have on the lives of others. Her parents, Crystal and Bryan Boggs, owners of NextHome HomeFront, helped inspire her to pursue a career in the industry.

More importantly, they demonstrated that success in real estate is built on trust, service, and genuine care for people.

“I’ve been fortunate to learn from so many incredible people in this community,” Bryanna says. “The support and encouragement I’ve received have played a huge role in my success.”

Helping Dreams Become Reality

One of the areas Bryanna is most passionate about today is helping future homeowners overcome obstacles through D.R. Horton’s Home Buyers Club Program.

Many people initially believe homeownership is out of reach because they don’t qualify for financing. Bryanna enjoys helping them create a path forward.

Watching customers improve their situation and eventually achieve their goal of homeownership is one of the most rewarding parts of her career.

She also finds tremendous fulfillment in helping military families relocate to the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

When customers are purchasing a home from across the

country without seeing it in person, the process can feel overwhelming. Bryanna understands that challenge personally and works hard to provide reassurance, guidance, and support throughout the transaction.

“The best moments are when they finally arrive and see their home for the first time,” she says. “Seeing the relief and excitement on their faces makes everything worth it.”

Defining Success Differently Ask Bryanna how she defines success, and her answer has little to do with production numbers.

“I define success by the passion you hold,” she says. “When your passion inspires you to spread kindness, love, and make a difference in someone’s life, that’s success.”

“I truly care about my homebuyers, my fellow agents, and our community. At the heart of everything I do is a simple philosophy: put people first.”

That mindset is reflected in one of her favorite quotes from Maya Angelou:

“People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”

For Bryanna, that philosophy serves as a daily reminder that relationships matter more than transactions.

It’s also what she believes sets her apart.

Whether she’s helping a first-time buyer purchase a home, guiding a relocating military family, or simply serving her community through volunteer events, her goal remains the same: put people first.

Personally, she hopes to visit all of America’s national parks, beginning with a trip to Yellowstone this year. Professionally, she plans to continue expanding her knowledge, strengthening relationships, and finding new ways to help those around her.

When Damaris Royalty entered real estate in 2021, she had a simple goal.

“If I could help just one family buy or sell a home, that would be enough for me,” she recalls.

An Unlikely Path Real estate wasn’t always the plan.

Before becoming an agent, Damaris earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Her education taught her how to think strategically, analyze complex situations, solve problems, and stay calm under pressure.

While she couldn’t have known it at the time, those same skills would become invaluable in real estate.

“Every transaction requires communication, negotiation, problemsolving, and attention to detail,” she says. “My engineering background prepared me well for that.”

Another experience that shaped her life happened much earlier.

As a young girl, Damaris taught herself English. That challenge required

determination, discipline, and adaptability—qualities that continue to influence the way she approaches both business and life.

Raised by hardworking parents who modeled perseverance and personal responsibility, she learned early that meaningful success comes through consistent effort and a willingness to grow.

As the wife of a military servicemember, Damaris understands firsthand the challenges that come with relocation.

Over the years, many former clients have become close friends. Watching families reach milestones they once thought were impossible remains one of the greatest joys of her work.

She’s helped first-time buyers become homeowners, military families put down roots after years of moving, and investors create longterm wealth through real estate.

That same heart for service extends beyond her clients. Damaris is passionate about giving back to the Gulf Coast by supporting local causes, including WOW Honor First Responders, veterans, and area schools. She believes investing in the community is just as important as helping families find a place to call home.

“My favorite moments are when clients achieve a goal they once thought was out of reach,” she says. “Seeing their confidence and excitement grow throughout the process never gets old.”

Defining

Success

For Damaris, success isn’t measured solely by sales volume or awards.

Success means living a life aligned with her values.

It means serving people well, maintaining meaningful relationships, providing for her family, and making time for what matters most.

Her greatest blessing, she says, is her family.

She and her husband, Christopher, are raising two sons, Dominik and Vincent. Whether they’re traveling, spending time outdoors, enjoying the beach, or simply having a family movie night at home, those moments remain her highest priority.

Looking ahead, Damaris hopes to continue growing both personally and professionally while creating a lasting impact through service, leadership, and mentorship.

But more than anything, she hopes people remember something much simpler.

“I want people to know that I genuinely care,” she says.

Meredith McDermott

From warehouse summer jobs to managing complex real estate closings, Meredith McDermott’s career has come full circle—bringing a lifetime of knowledge, family legacy, and personal dedication back to the Gulf Coast firm that raised her.

Generational Guidance

“Real estate has been woven into my life for as long as I can remember,” said Meredith. “My father has led our firm’s real estate department my entire life, my mother is a licensed appraiser and broker, and my brother practices real estate and business law while also developing projects of his own.”

Immersed in real estate from childhood, Meredith’s career direction took shape long before she entered law school.

At just 14 years old, Meredith started working at Page, Mannino, Peresich & McDermott, pulling files for the attorneys downtown. After turning 16, she transitioned to the company’s real estate department, where she began typing legal descriptions and filing and recording deeds.

“At Spring Hill College, I earned a degree in public accounting as a backup plan, but I always knew what I truly wanted to do,” she confessed.

During law school at Loyola New Orleans, Meredith often joked with her fellow law students about probably being the only one there specifically aiming to become a real estate attorney.

Upon graduation, she chose to remain in New Orleans—beginning her career as a title examiner and eventually managing the abstracting and examination department for a multi-office company, Title Stream.

“It was there that I met two of my closest friends and fellow title attorneys, Brennan Mackey Pizzolato and Jacqueline Mouton Kepper, who helped shape the way I understand the ‘why’ behind title work and the importance of spotting issues that could lead to litigation,” Meredith shared.

“The three of us opened McDermott, Pizzolato & Kepper, LLC in 2019, where we handled the legal matters that complemented and supported our work at the title company.”

That same year, she stepped into a management role with Louisiana’s largest title company, Bayou Title, Inc., overseeing its Uptown New Orleans office. The position opened the door to the escrow and closing side of business, adding depth to her expertise as a real estate attorney.

Professional Presence

“In 2024, I decided to return home to PMPM, the firm where I got my start,” said Meredith. “With my brother shifting focus away from the practice and my dad continuing to work hard, it seemed like the perfect time to come back and support the team that raised me.”

“We’ve been here for decades because we understand something fundamental: real estate is nuanced,” explained Meredith. “Every deal is different, and the knowledge required to do this work well only comes with time, repetition, and a true commitment to the craft.” Because of the depth of experience and genuine passion Meredith and her team have, they’re able to spot issues early, protect their clients, and ensure their transactions always run smoothly.

Over the years, Meredith has also watched the profession evolve— particularly in the areas of technology, client expectations, and transaction complexity. Digital records, e-recording, and online signings have streamlined the pace of the industry.

“At the same time, transactions have grown more complex, and clients expect faster answers and a higher level of communication than ever before,” Meredith explained.

“Technology can speed up a process, but it can’t replace the judgment required to catch title issues, navigate unusual chains of title, or solve problems before they impact a closing,” Meredith stated. “The firms that combine strong legal expertise with modern tools and a client-focused approach are the ones that will thrive.”

Meaningful Missions

“What I find most fulfilling about my work is being part of such significant moments in people’s lives,” shared Meredith. “Whether it’s someone buying their first home, a family investing in property, or a business taking its next big step, I love knowing that I’m helping guide them through a process that really matters.”

“Real estate can be complex, but turning that complexity into clarity and seeing the relief and excitement at the closing table never gets old. It’s incredibly rewarding to play even a small role in those milestones,” she added.

The meaningful missions that define Meredith’s life show up everywhere— from the thoughtful way she approaches

her clients’ needs to the care she devotes to her hobbies and her ongoing support of animal rescue efforts.

Meredith pours intention into her personal interests, finding fulfillment in activities that allow her to create, unwind, and give back. “Outside of work, I love anything creative: floral arranging, needle arts, and making homemade holiday decorations,” she said.

As a registered foster with Take Paws Rescue in New Orleans, Meredith often has a few extra paws walking around her home—including her new adopted dog, Nesta. “Being that safe landing spot for an animal right after rescue is incredibly rewarding,” she shared.

Giving back is important both in Meredith’s personal and professional life.

“Our firm has been part of the Gulf Coast for more than 50 years, and we take that responsibility seriously,” she stated.

“We’re committed to supporting local businesses, maintaining strong relationships with area realtors, and providing the level of service that helps strengthen our community’s growth.”

For Tiffany Logsdon, success has never been about being the biggest or the busiest. It’s about impact.

As Broker/Owner of EXIT Magnolia Coast Realty, Mississippi Coast Property Management, and Magnolia Coast Realty Referral Network, Tiffany has built multiple successful businesses along the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Yet despite overseeing a team of 17 agents, managing hundreds of properties, and earning numerous industry accolades, her focus remains remarkably simple: people.

“If there’s one thing I want people to know about me, it’s that everything I do is rooted in people,” she says.

That philosophy has shaped nearly every chapter of her real estate journey.

Growing Up in Real Estate

For Tiffany, real estate wasn’t simply a career choice—it was part of her upbringing.

Raised in a family deeply connected to the industry, she grew up watching real estate from every angle. Her mother built a successful property management company. Her stepfather became licensed. Her father developed timeshare sales teams. Her grandmother sold for a home builder, and her uncle worked in commercial real estate.

Real estate conversations were a regular part of life.

After high school, Tiffany began helping her mother with Mississippi Coast Property Management, gaining firsthand experience in marketing, operations, and customer service. While she didn’t know exactly where the path would lead, she was learning the business from the ground up.

In 2009, she earned her real estate license. Six years later, she took a leap that would change the trajectory of her career.

In 2015, Tiffany purchased Mississippi Coast Property Management from her mother and became an EXIT Realty franchise owner, opening the doors to EXIT Magnolia Coast Realty just days later.

What began as a continuation of a family legacy quickly became a vision of her own.

Building Through Resilience

While Tiffany was surrounded by real estate, she credits much of her growth to learning how to be resourceful and resilient.

Like many entrepreneurs, she faced challenges that required her to seek knowledge, adapt, and continually improve.

“I had to figure things out, build my own path, and stay committed to growth,” she says.

A Heart for Service

Although Tiffany has received significant recognition—including

Mississippi Broker of the Year, the Spirit of EXIT Award, the Trusted Advisor Award, Gulf Coast 40 Under 40, and recognition among the Top 100 Most Successful Women to Know—she remains grounded in service.

She regularly hosts blood drives in partnership with the American Red Cross, supports Habitat for Humanity initiatives, and remains actively involved at Hope Church Gulf Coast.

One cause especially close to her heart is Memorial Hospital’s NICU.

After experiencing the challenges of having a child spend time in the NICU, Tiffany began organizing fundraising efforts to support families facing similar circumstances.

For her, service isn’t something separate from business. It’s part of who she is.

Defining Success

At home, Tiffany’s greatest motivation is her family.

She and her husband, Kyle, are raising three active children while balancing growing businesses, community involvement, and family life. Whether attending

Welcome to Real Producers! Some of you may be wondering what this publication is all about, which is why we have created this FAQ page. Here, we will answer the most commonly asked questions from around the country regarding our program. My door is always open to discuss anything regarding this community — this publication is 100% designed to be your voice!

Q: WHO RECEIVES THIS MAGAZINE?

A: The top 300 agents in the Gulf Coast Area. We pulled the MLS numbers (by volume) from Jan. 1, 2022, through Dec. 31, 2022, in the MS Gulf Coast market. We cut the list off at number 300, and the distribution was born. For this year’s list, the minimum production level for our group is $5 million in 2022. The list will reset at the end of 2023 for next year and will continue to update annually.

Q: WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR BEING FEATURED IN THIS MAGAZINE?

A: The process is simple. Every feature you see has first been nominated. You can nominate REALTORS®, agents, affiliates, brokers, owners, or even yourself. Office leaders can also nominate real estate agents. We will consider anyone you bring to our attention because we don’t know everyone’s story, and we need your help to learn more.

“Nomination: (Name of Nominee)” and explain why you are nominating the individual. Maybe the person has an amazing story that we need to tell, or perhaps someone overcame extreme obstacles, is an exceptional leader, has the best customer service, or gives back to the community in a big way. The next step is an interview with us to ensure a good fit, and then we put the wheels in motion for our writer to conduct an interview and for our photographer to schedule a photo shoot.

Q: WHAT IS THE COST TO FEATURE A REALTOR®, AGENT, OR TEAM?

A: Zero, zilch, zippo, nada, nil. The feature costs nothing, my friends, so nominate away! We are not a pay-to-play model. We share real stories of Real Producers.

Q: WHO ARE THE PREFERRED PARTNERS?

A: Anyone listed as a preferred partner in the front of the magazine is a part of this community and will have an ad in every issue of the magazine, attend our quarterly events, and be a part of our online community. We don’t just find these businesses off the street, nor do we work with all businesses that approach us. One or many of you have recommended every preferred partner you see in this publication. We won’t even meet with a business that you have not vetted and stamped for approval, in a sense. Our goal is to create a powerhouse network for the REALTORS® and agents in the area and for the best affiliates so we can grow stronger together.
