NOTES & CONDITIONS 1. The Vendor offers forage harvesting services and the use of tractors and trailers to the successful purchaser, by private negotiation. Any agreement for harvesting services shall be entirely separate from the sale contract for the standing maize, and the terms, timing and charges shall be agreed directly between the Vendor and the successful purchaser prior to commencement. 2. The purchaser shall commit no willful or unnecessary damage to the gateposts, hedges, ditches or fences. Any damage to be made good immediately by the purchaser or some consideration paid to the vendor, such damage determined by the vendor’s agents. The charges and expenses incurred in such valuation to be paid by the purchaser. 3. The purchaser shall indemnify the vendor against any claims made by a third party resulting from the harvest of the crop and will also ensure that the roads shall be kept clean during the harvesting of the crop. 4. For the avoidance of doubt, it is specifically agreed that it is the intention of both parties to enter into a licence for the purposes of harvesting the crop only and a Farm Business Tenancy is not created. Exclusive occupation is not granted at any stage. 5. The plan included in these particulars are for identification purposes only. Acreages given are believed to be correct but any prospective purchaser must satisfy themselves by prior inspection. 6. The vendor reserves the right not to accept the highest or any tender. 7. Payment in full is to be received by the auctioneers by BACS transfer or debit card prior to the crop being harvested. Should this present an issue, please contact the auctioneers prior to the tender deadline. 8. The maize can be viewed at any reasonable time whilst in possession of these particulars, within daylight hours on foot only, using the access points labelled on the map. 9. The crop is sold as seen. All Stewardship Schemes have been accounted for within each field.

FORM OF TENDER 1. Any person wishing to purchase the standing maize described in the corresponding particulars shall complete and sign this form of tender. All tenders must be submitted either to the Auctioneers offices – Greenslade Taylor Hunt, The Shopping Parade, Langport, Somerset, TA10 9PG or due to the tight timeframes in this instance, bids can also be submitted by email to: gemma.bluck@gth.net An email receipt will be provided to digital tenders, if in any doubt, please contact the office.
