Grilled Peaches The one mistake you will want to avoid when making grilled peaches is buy ing fruit that is too ripe. The fruit needs to be ripe but still firm, so that it can stand up to the high heat of the grill without turning to a mushy mess. Brush the peach halves with Olive Oil before grilling. Serve warmed! Whipped cream, ice cream and honey make great toppers

Grilled Strawberry Skewers Lightly oil the grill grates. Place the skewers on the grill, and grill, covered with foil until they are lightly marked, about 1 minute. Gently loosen them and use tongs to flip them over. Continue to grill, covered, until the cake and strawberries are toasted with grill marks about 2 to 3 minutes total.
