GLOBAL SUSTAINABLE FASHION WEEK - SPONSORSHIP
The National Fashion League Hungary (NDL) promotes sustainability in all its forms, from ecofriendly and circular solutions to preserving traditional craftsmanship and heritage techniques. We emphasize climate protection, the transition to a circular model, and fostering ethical and social responsibility.
We aim to create a platform for professionals who work with these concepts, particularly in the fashion and textile industries. This represents a significant challenge and social responsibility, requiring multilateral cooperation among like-minded partners and sponsors to achieve our goals and implement our planned programs at both domestic and international levels.
Our flagship project is the Global Sustainable Fashion Week (GSFW), which has been held in Budapest for the past nine years, enhancing our country’s prestige in this field. As a unique event, it integrates international conferences, workshops, presentations, panel discussions, fashion shows, VIP programs, affiliate events, and press conferences. These are complemented by speakers, designers, and special media appearances carefully selected by an exceptional international professional organizing committee.

I. SPONSOR PACKAGE
The logo of each SILVER SPONSOR will be featured on all online materials related to the event. The sponsor is entitled to delegate two representatives to the #GSFW international conference and accompanying programs free of charge and will receive five VIP tickets to the fashion shows.
As a SILVER SPONSOR, we also provide the opportunity to:
• Showcase products or services through displays, counters, or similar setups for presentation and/or tasting for the GSFW guests. (Please note that hostesses are not provided.)
• Place one roll-up banner on-site in a designated area. Distribute advertising materials, such as gifts, product samples, and flyers, to guests at the event. Additionally, it is possible to provide services, locations, tangible assets, or products in place of the sponsorship amount, subject to mutual agreement between the sponsor and the organizers.
Indicative sponsorship amount for the GOLDSPONSORpackage: EUR2.500+VAT.
II. SPONSOR PACKAGE
GOLD SPONSOR, you will have the opportunity to support #GSFW throughout its entire duration, including all accompanying events. Your logo will be featured on all printed materials related to the event, in the same size as other GOLD LEVEL sponsors.
Appear on #GSFW posters associated with the event. Be included, along with your link and banner, in online program recommendations and reviews. Additionally, the GOLD SPONSOR is entitled to:
• Delegate five representatives to the conferences and accompanying programs free of charge.
• Receive ten VIP tickets to the fashion show.
II. SPONSOR PACKAGE
As a GOLD SPONSOR, you will also have the opportunity to:
- Display one banner (molino) and one roll-up at the international conference, workshops, and evening fashion show, in areas agreed upon with the organizers.
- Use the GOLD SPONSOR OF #GSFW designation in your own PR materials and advertising campaigns in connection with the event. Provide services, locations, tangible assets, or products as part of the sponsorship amount, subject to mutual agreement between the sponsor and the organizers.
- Include your own leaflets or materials in the press folder during the press conference.
- Place your company’s informational materials at the information desk for the entire duration of the event.
