Making Memories that Last a Lifetime

Girl Scout camp is the perfect place for campers to explore their interests, try new experiences, and grow into confident leaders. Along the way, they’ll have a blast, make amazing new friends, and create memories that last a lifetime! Every camp session is unique. Campers take the lead in their experience while receiving guidance and support from professional, trained camp staff. You can learn more about each camp and meet our camp directors at gsema.org/camp.

Camp Life

Campers are placed in small, supportive groups of 4–24, with 2–5 staff per group. Overnight campers stay in yurts, tent-a-los, or platform tents, with cots or mattresses provided. Each camp offers shelter for rainy-day activities, bathroom facilities, storage, and a health center. Photos of sleeping structures are available in the Property Guide.

Getting to camp is easy!

Bus transportation is available for our day camps and is included in the cost. Bus stop locations and times are included in this guide. To register for bus transportation, complete the Day Camp Transportation Form, in your CampInTouch account by May 1, 2026. Pick-up procedures are on the page 11.

At Girl Scout camp, campers explore new experiences, try new skills, and grow with confidence in a safe, supportive environment. Our programs encourage curiosity, celebrate each camper’s unique strengths, and help them build courage, confidence, and character.

With a wide range of programs, campers can sample classic camp activities or focus on a skill or interest they want to develop. Summers at camp can be filled with boating, swimming, nature exploration, hiking, biking, science, arts and crafts, performing arts, campfires, cooking, high ropes challenges, day trips, overnight adventures, and more!

Choose the experience that fits you: white sandy shores or green hills, relaxing days or challenging adventures, day camp or overnight stays. Join us for a few days or the whole summer—come on your own, with a buddy, or make new friends to last a lifetime.

Girl Scout campers have been making summer memories for nearly a century in eastern Massachusetts and New Hampshire. All camps are American Camp Association accredited and meet state and local licensing requirements.

Getting Ready for Camp

Getting ready for summer camp is about more than packing; it’s about stepping into a summer of growth, confidence-building, and connection Camp brings together children from many backgrounds, giving them the chance to learn from one another, discover new strengths, and practice empathy in a supportive community. Through engaging activities, diverse role models, and guided challenges, campers build resilience, develop leadership skills, and gain a deeper understanding of themselves and others. This preparation sets the stage for a summer filled with joy, friendship, and meaningful self-discovery.

Camp SWAG and Supplies

Purchasing official merchandise not only shows Girl Scout pride, it also supports the Girl Scout Movement, funds outdoor programs, and contributes to our campership fund.

Camper families can shop for fun items in several ways:

• CampInTouch: Select items during registration.

• Camp Trading Posts: Little shops at each camp where campers can pick up souvenirs and small items.

• GSEMA Retail Shop & Online Store: Visit us in Waltham or shop anytime online.

Camp-specific T-shirts and sweatshirts must be preordered through your CampInTouch account by May 1, 2026 to ensure the correct size is available for your camper. (Youth sizes are available only through preorder.)

Getting Ready for Camp

Camp Essentials (and Nonessentials)

Are you ready for the best summer ever?

We’ve assembled a list of all the essentials (and nonessentials) you’ll need to bring with you or leave at home. Whether you are attending camp during the day or overnight, we want you to have the best experience possible.

Pro Tips:

• Write your Girl Scout’s name on their clothing and personal items. This makes it a lot easier for lost and found items to make their way back to their owner.

• Make sure your Girl Scout is comfortable in their camp clothing and using their camping gear. Many essential items can be found at our Waltham retail store.

• For overnight camp, we suggest that families pack for camp in a large plastic tote or duffel bag rather than using many small bags. It can also be helpful for Girl Scouts to have complete outfits packed in Ziploc bags within their luggage. Please note: campers may need to help move their luggage, so please pack accordingly.

These items are not allowed at camp:

• Cellphones

• Tablets or Computers

• Smartwatches that connect to the internet

• Any other electronics (with the exception of those needed for a medical purpose)

Please check your Camper Information Packet for a more extensive packing list for the camp your Girl Scout is attending, including items for specialty programs.

You may not be ready for your child to participate in overnight camp quite yet. Our day camps are a great way for both you and your camper to gain more camp confidence.

Health and Safety Guidelines

Gender Inclusion at Camp

GSEMA pledges our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging as an ally and advocate for underserved and/or underrepresented members of our community, regardless of race/ethnicity, disabilities, LGBTQ, sexual orientation, national origin, age, religion, or socioeconomic status.

Camp extends opportunities to campers who identify with the girl experience. Girl Scouts serves campers who have been historically marginalized and systemically excluded from outdoor spaces. This can and does include cisgender girls, and gender-expansive, nonbinary, trans-female, and trans-male youth.

We invite campers to be themselves at camp. To learn more about gender inclusion at GSEMA summer camps, please explore our Camp Culture Code. This resource will help prepare campers and their families for some of the unique questions, concerns, and opportunities for inclusion that come up in the space of camp.

Health and Safety Guidelines

Camp Safety Guidelines

We follow all safety and risk management guidelines set by the local, state, and federal boards of health, Girl Scouts of the USA, and the ACA. All of our camps are ACA accredited. Massachusetts camps comply with regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (105 CMR 430.000), New Hampshire camps comply with the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services Rules (He-C 4003 & 4004), and each camp is also licensed by the board of health of the town in which it is located.

Staff Selection, Screening, and Training

All staff are at least 16 years of age or high school graduates, and are selected based on their ability to work with youth, teach and share skills, and work as a team, as well as their commitment to Girl Scout values. We conduct thorough staff criminal background (CORI) and sexual offender (SORI) checks. Once hired, staff attend one to two weeks of training to bond as a team and gain skills in camping, risk management, safety, positive youth development, and interpersonal communication.

Pre-Camp Health Assessment

Required health forms are provided in the camper information packet (formerly confirmation packet) and are due by May 1, 2026. Campers are required to have a physical examination within 18 months prior to their arrival at camp, and health forms must be completed and signed by a physician each year.

Care of Mildly Ill Campers

A healthcare supervisor (HCS) staffs the camp health center, and a healthcare consultant (local physician) is on call. Staff are responsible for reporting any signs of illness to the HCS, which assesses each situation and may administer over-the-counter medications if authorized by the caregiver. The HCS will determine if the camper should be sent home or seen by a doctor, in which case arrangements are made with the oversight of the camp director. In both situations, caregivers are contacted as soon as possible.

Campers with Special Needs

We make every attempt to offer summer camp opportunities to all youth who want to attend Girl Scout camp. We can accommodate most special needs and dietary restrictions/preferences. Please email customercare@gsema.org to arrange a meeting with a member of our camp team to discuss how we can make your camper’s experience exciting, appropriate, and fulfilling. The information you share with us will be held confidential, shared only as HIPAA allows, and in accordance with your wishes.

Weapons, Drugs, and Smoking Policy

We do not permit recreational drugs, alcohol, tobacco products, or weapons of any kind (e.g., Swiss army knives, scissors, etc.) at camp. Campers who will need to take prescription medication while attending camp should bring it to camp in its original containers with their names on them and turn them over to the bus monitor or healthcare supervisor upon arrival at the bus or camp.

Your Rights

To comply with the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and be licensed by the local boards of health, we inform you that caregivers have the right to request a copy of our background checks policy, camp healthcare policies, discipline policies, and policies for filing grievances. To make an appointment to do so, contact customercare@gsema.org.

Day Camp Bus Transportation

Campers taking the bus must be picked up at the selected bus stop by an authorized pick-up person. We cannot accept notes from caregivers to have campers walk home from the bus stop alone. You can log into CampInTouch to update your list of those who are authorized to pick up your camper by May 1, 2026. Please include their names and phone numbers. Everyone picking up a camper from the bus must show a photo ID.

Stay Connected

When you register your Girl Scout for camp, you will receive News You Can Use, a monthly camp email, from February through May. Please be sure that your email address in CampInTouch is accurate. In addition to these emails, we will also communicate updates on our website, social media, and the Campanion App.

Mobile Experience for Caregivers: Campanion

Campanion is a mobile app that connects you with your child’s camp experience through a personalized stream of content. From simplified form uploads, photo galleries, regular updates from camp, and more, Campanion connects you to camp like never before. Features include:

▶ Mobile Camper Forms

Caregivers can view the complete list of forms that are required in order to complete their camper’s registration and enrollment. Health forms can be downloaded, emailed to doctors, and then uploaded as PDFs right to a camper’s profile.

▶ Face Finder

An optional tool to deliver campers’ photos directly to their loved ones. Caregivers upload a reference photo of their child, which the system catalogs into its database. As photos are uploaded from camp, Face Finder compares the unique facial characteristics that it learned from the training photo with each new photo. If there’s a match, the camper’s caregiver receives a notification and the photo shows up directly in their stream within the Campanion app.

Photos are stored within albums, making it easy to find and view images such as favorites or from different activities at camp. Caregivers can tap, swipe, and browse camp albums directly from their phone.

How to Register and Pay

1 REGISTER ONLINE

Visit gsema.org/camp and click REGISTER. Create a CampInTouch account (or log into your existing account), select your choice of sessions, and pay the $75 deposit for each. You can also use the Campanion app to register if you are a family of a returning camper.

▶ We accept the following forms of payment: E-Check, debit, or credit card. E-Check and debit card will deduct camp fees directly from your checking or savings account. All three forms of payment can be used for monthly payments February-May. There are no fees associated with E-Check and debit card payments. Payments via credit card will incur a non-refundable 3% credit card transaction surcharge.

▶ Limited camp financial assistance is available. Please see page 14 for how to apply online.

▶ Not a Girl Scout? Not a problem! Girl Scout membership is $70, and financial assistance is available. If your Girl Scout membership is not paid in full by May 1, 2026, your CampInTouch account will be charged $70.

▶ Day camp bus transportation is included. Sign up for bus transportation during camp registration by May 1, 2026.

▶ Before registering, please review our cancellation process on page 15.

▶ Campers may request one “buddy” per session. Both buddies must register for the same camp and session and must list each other’s names on the registration forms. The camp director has final say on camp placement.

Once you receive an email confirmation of your camper’s registration (check your spam folder if you haven't received it in your inbox), log back into your CampInTouch account and click FORMS & DOCUMENTS or use the Campanion app and select FORMS to view your camper’s camper information packet (formerly confirmation packet), which includes all required paperwork, a packing list, and additional information.

▶ All past due GSEMA balances must be paid in full prior to registration for the 2026 camp season.

▶ Campers with outstanding balances after May 15, 2026, will be moved to the waitlist pending final payment.

Financial Assistance

Financial assistance is available to those who otherwise would not be able to attend camp. So that we may meet the needs of as many campers as possible, you may only apply for assistance for a portion of one session of a day or overnight camp. Limited camp financial assistance is available only to campers living in a Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts community.

▶ Financial assistance is provided on a rolling basis as long as funds are available.

▶ The deposit is refundable if financial assistance is not approved.

▶ All information related to financial assistance will be kept confidential.

▶ Funding for assistance is limited, and not all requests may be granted.

▶ Complete the online camp registration form on CampInTouch and pay the $75 deposit per session.

▶ Once you have submitted the registration form and paid the deposit, complete a financial assistance application through CampInTouch Forms & Documents or Campanion app Forms section.

Review and Next Steps

▶ Financial assistance applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and families will be notified of decisions within two weeks of review.

▶ GSEMA may request proof of income documentation during the review process.

▶ Final payment of remaining camp fees (after the deposit and any financial assistance) is due May 1, 2026.

▶ Campers receiving financial assistance are subject to our cancellation process (see page 15).

Mail original, signed Cookie Credits with your camper’s name and a copy of your invoice to:

Cookie Credits cannot be used toward your deposit and must be received by the last day of camp (August 14) to be used toward your camp balance.

If you would like to use your Cookie Credits for OVERNIGHT CAMP Trading Post items (summer 2026), please mail them by June 15: GSEMA Summer Camp, Attn: Cookie Credits, 265 Beaver Street, Waltham, MA 02452. Cookie Credits will NOT be accepted at the OVERNIGHT camp properties during drop off.

Cancellations and Refunds

May 15, 2026 - Deadline for full refunds of camp fees minus the non-refundable deposit. June 5, 2026 – Deadline for 50% refund of camp fees minus the non-refundable deposit. Written notice of cancellation and a request for refund must be emailed to Customer Care at customercare@gsema.org by the above deadlines. Cancellation requests received after June 5 will not be refunded, regardless of whether that session has a waitlist. No refunds are given for campers arriving late, leaving early, or unable to attend all or part of a session for reasons such as illness. Questions regarding extenuating circumstances should be emailed to customercare@gsema.org

Inclement Weather

Camp activities may be cancelled when weather and environmental (i.e bacterial) conditions are unsuitable. Alternative activities will be provided. Refunds are not given when activities are cancelled due to inclement weather.

Program Cancellation

If a program is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, every effort will be made to place campers in a similar program. Camp sessions are held regardless of weather, but programs may be modified due to inclement weather.

About Our Waitlist

Caregivers can register campers for one program per session, including placement on a waitlist, regardless of the camp. If you are registered or waitlisted for a program session, you must cancel your order to register for a different program in the same session. When waitlist spots become available, they are offered in the order applications are received. Waitlist movement typically occurs between January and February because—when possible—we work to add availability to sessions in high demand. Enrollment isn’t guaranteed. If a spot opens, your camper will be automatically enrolled and charged, and you’ll have five business days to cancel. You will be charged the $75 deposit before May 1, and the full cost of camp after May 1.

Leadership Programs

Day Camp Day Camp Leadership Program

GSEMA’s Day Camp Leadership Program starts for campers entering grade 7. The program is designed so campers build their knowledge year after year until they are old enough to apply to be camp staff. Campers must wait until the following summer before attending the next level in the program.

The first step is Program Aide I (PA I), where campers learn the basics of helping out younger campers, understanding age characteristics, and more. The following year campers are eligible for Program Aide II (PA II), where they deepen their knowledge of what it means to be a leader.

The third step in the program is to become a Day Camp Assistant (DCA). Before becoming a DCA, a camper must have completed PA I and PA II. All campers registering for the DCA program will be put on a waitlist to start so that we may verify they have completed the necessary training. DCA campers should expect to move off the waitlist within two weeks of registration.

The final step in the leadership journey is the Junior Counselor Program, the most fun internship ever! Get in-depth, on-the-job experience and training as you work alongside the counselors in units. All campers will be placed on a waitlist and will receive an application. Additionally, an interview will take place with all applicants in the spring.

Leadership Programs

Overnight Camp Leadership Program

GSEMA’s Overnight Camp Leadership Program is referred to as Counselor in Training (CIT) and starts for campers entering grade 11. The program is designed so campers build their knowledge and gain skills year after year until they are old enough to apply to be camp staff.

The first step is Counselor in Training (CIT). Under the guidance of camp staff, CITs will learn about age level characteristics, teaching techniques, how to keep younger campers engaged and more. CITs will also get a chance to practice their skills while working with younger campers. In addition, CITs will work with their fellow CITS on their leadership development, learning what style best suites them and how to work as a team.

The next step for CIT I graduates is Counselor in Training II for those entering 12th grade. This is a more in-depth, on-the-job experience and training. They will work with counselors in units and specialty areas and build on the skills they learned in CIT I. All CIT II applicants need to fill out an application and they will be waitlisted until applications are reviewed and approved. CIT IIs will also have an interview with Camp Director or Leadership Specialist to talk more about the program and expectations while at camp.

Community Helpers

It’s a lot of work to run a neighborhood! This week, campers will explore the important roles of the helpers all around us, like firefighters, police officers, doctors, mail carriers, farmers, and more! Through stories, crafts, pretend play, and handson activities, campers will learn about the many ways these roles make a difference in our day-to-day lives. Special visitors from our local community will stop by to share what they do and show off the tools of their trade.

Step into a world where imagination takes flight! Campers will journey through enchanted lands filled with dragons, fairies, unicorns, and more. Each day brings new adventures through storytelling, crafts, dress-up, and playful games that spark wonder and creativity! From building fairy houses to pretending to tame dragons, campers will experience the joy of make-believe while building confidence, friendships, and curiosity.

Come one, come all, the circus is in town! Campers can experience the wonder and excitement of the circus through games, crafts, music, and movement. This two-week program is a great first step for future camp counselors! You’ll receive leadership training as you learn about Girl Scout programs, work with younger campers, and practice your outdoor skills. Program Aides will also participate in general camp activities.

This two-week program is for those who have completed Program Aide I. In addition to receiving advanced training, you’ll become proficient in an area of interest such as swimming, boating, archery, challenge course, or arts and crafts. Outdoor Thrills in a Day Camp Setting

Give your camper the full summer camp experience without traveling far from home! Each day at Camp Maude Eaton is packed with adventure, starting with a refreshing swim in Pomps Pond and continuing along the Lou Henry Hoover Sanctuary and Nature Trail, where campers explore the outdoors and discover local wildlife.

Campers can test their aim at the archery range, tackle team challenges on the low ropes course, and, for those entering grade 4 and above, rise to new heights on the Flying Squirrel or Islands in the Sky high ropes elements. (Closed-toe shoes required.)

Alongside these action-packed adventures, campers enjoy all the classic camp traditions they love: singing, hands-on crafts, cookouts, and time spent making new friends. It’s the perfect blend of outdoor thrills, confidence-building challenges, and close-to-home convenience.

Put the Girl Scout Promise into practice as you spend your week completing service projects around camp and for the local community. You will have the opportunity to make dog toys for animal shelters and even deliver them to some grateful furry friends! You will pick two additional service projects to complete as a group before the week is up. When you are not serving the community, you will participate in traditional camp activities. Please note: camp staff will sign off on service hour forms for all campers.

Go behind-the-scenes at the Massachusetts State Fire Academy! Discover how our state’s heroes prepare to save lives and keep themselves out of harm’s way. Check out their equipment, climb the fire ladder tower, observe state police investigators in action, and hopefully meet some of their canine coworkers. Learn how firefighters keep you safe, how police investigators crack the case, and what you can do to keep your friends and family prepared at home.

From Drain to the Deep Blue: A Deer Island Adventure

Dive into the hidden world of wastewater and discover how Boston keeps its water clean and our ocean healthy! During this immersive field trip, Girl Scouts will explore Deer Island: home to New England’s largest wastewater treatment facility. The day kicks off with an interactive presentation where Girl Scouts will learn how science, engineering, and innovation work together to protect our environment every single day. Then, go on a guided tour of our state-of-the-art plant and follow the incredible journey of what happens after water disappears down the drain . Lastly, gain exclusive, behind-the-scenes access to the on-site Laboratory, where scientists analyze water quality and ensure everything, from the tunnels below to the waters beyond, is clean and safe.

Benesch Bridge Builders: Engineering in Action

Thursday, April 23

Visit Benesch’s transportation civil engineering office to explore what structural engineers do, and how they shape the bridges and roads in their communities! Girl Scouts will discuss bridge and roadway design, and take a look at several local bridges Benesch’s team has engineered. Girl Scouts will experiment with different structural forms using cables, posts, and wood blocks to better understand how forces act on a structure. After modeling bridges in the office, Girl Scouts will visit a real-life bridge designed by Benesch’s engineers and put their new knowledge to the test.

Enjoy a day with the Boston Society for Architecture! The team will guide Girl Scouts through a series of design activities, including a neighborhood walking tour! Meet with architects and designers, and participate in a handson workshop. Throughout the day, Girl Scouts will learn all about architecture from Boston-based designers, including its role in shaping the city of Boston and the design process behind it. By the end, Girl Scouts will be able to think like an architect as they witness design in their everyday life, embrace their creativity, and imagine new possibilities for the future.

Grab a board and hit the waves!

Experience the sun and surf of the Cape Cod seashore during three lessons with a professional instructor. Surfing equipment will be provided; wetsuits will be available to borrow, or you can bring your own. Advanced Sailing

Sail the waters of nearby Back Bay in our fleet of 420s. Work to perfect your sailing skills and test your abilities racing in the Long Pond Invitational at the end of the session! This session is intended for experienced sailors looking to advance their skills and learn racing techniques. A Camp Favorite skill rating of “Able Sea Person” or higher/equivalent is required. You should be confident operating a twosail boat with minimal assistance. A skills check will take place when you arrive to ensure correct level placement. This three-week program is an opportunity for mature and qualified campers to work with children and receive on-the-job training. The program includes training in age-level characteristics, group dynamics, leadership development, life skills, teaching techniques, group planning, and decision-making skills. There will be many opportunities to practice your skills while working in units and special areas. CITs live and work in their own patrol under the guidance of a leadership specialist. You must be able to attend all three weeks and return home during the session break weekend (1D: July 10–12; 4D: July 31–August 2).

Nestled on 300 wooded acres along Little Island Pond, Camp Runels is where campers discover their strengths, spark creativity, and make lifelong friends. Each week features unique camper-choice sessions, giving them the freedom to explore what excites them most.

Outdoor adventures fill each day: swimming, boating, hiking, archery, and even hatchet throwing or axe handling in the wood yard. Campers can take on both low- and high-ropes challenge courses, building courage and confidence along the way.

Creative campers will love hands-on art activities like painting, pottery, music, and theatre. Plus, off-site field trips offer new experiences and a chance to explore the best of New Hampshire and beyond. Join us as we celebrate 96 years of unforgettable Girl Scout camp fun!

Teddy Bear Friends

Build your own camp buddy! Start the week by stuffing your own new teddy bear friend and then spend the week experiencing camp together. Conquer the low ropes course, float on a Corcl, aim for a bullseye, and create something special at the Crafthouse with your furry friend. Then, celebrate the fun you had with a special Teddy Bear Picnic. Campers are welcome to bring along a stuffed friend from home, too!

Trail Mix

This week is a little bit of everything, just like your favorite trail mix snack! You’ll explore camp trails and spot cool plants, animals, and natural hidden treasures along the way. Learn beginner outdoor skills like reading a simple trail map, staying safe outside, and enjoying nature. And of course, you’ll get to mix up your own customized tasty trail mix!

Embark on the ultimate camp adventure with The Grand Camp Tour! You’ll visit each of our amazing overnight camps and experience the unique spirit and activities each has to offer. Throw hatchets and try using an ax at Camp Runels before you head off camp for a sleepover at our other overnight camps. Take a sailboat ride at Camp Favorite and climb high at Camp Wind in the Pines. Along the way, you’ll make new friends, explore new places, and collect memories that will last a lifetime!

Inner Compass

Sometimes you just need to take a break and get away from it all! Treat yourself to a staycation, complete with homemade facials, candles, and soap. Level up your relaxation by doing yoga, and enjoy sunbathing while boating and swimming at the beach on Little Island Pond.

Embark on a mission to Mars and figure out if you have what it takes to survive on the Red Planet. Design your own Martian habitat and discover what else might be out there among the stars! Backpackers

Session 2: July 12–17 | $985

Head out on a two-night trip to experience the thrill of backpacking! You’ll carry your tent, set up camp in the woods, and enjoy the beautiful sights as you summit a new mountain or two. This is a Level 2 backpacking trip. You must have completed Trailblazers or have equivalent experience to participate. Please note: the route is subject to change based on weather and availability.

Mountain Trekkers

Session 4C: July 26–August 7 | $1,880

Experience the beautiful wilderness and explore areas only accessible by hiking! For this backpacking adventure, you will plan the trek grab a backpack, pack the gear, lace up your boots, and pitch the tents. The trip will be based on the experience level of the participants, up to 3 nights in length, and may be rigorous. You should be able to carry 25–30 pounds of weight and hike 5–6 miles a day. This is a Level 3 backpacking trip. You must have completed Backpackers or Mountain Dreams or have equivalent experience to participate.

This three-week program is an opportunity for those who are mature and qualified to work with children and receive onthe-job training. The program includes training in age-level characteristics, group dynamics, leadership development, life skills, teaching techniques, group planning, and decision-making skills. There will be opportunities to practice your skills and work directly with younger campers. CITs live and work in their own patrol under the guidance of the Leadership Director. You must be able to attend all three weeks and return home during the weekends.

Barnyard Palooza

Bring your favorite stuffed animal friend and enjoy a week at camp! Learn to line dance, get an up–close experience with critters at an animal show, and take a field trip to a local dairy farm for some ice cream! You can even learn to make pigs in a blanket over a campfire!

Capture the beauty of camp through your artwork and unique perspective. Make your own jewelry, learn new painting and drawing techniques, tie–dye, and more!

Come to camp to explore nature and science! Discover science you can eat, create an explosion, go ponding, and take a short night hike while enjoying all that camp has to offer.

As the moon rises and the sun sets, let your camp fun continue and explore the night. Make glow–in–the–dark crafts, invent your own constellations, play glow–in–the–dark games like Pac–Man, and enjoy a late–night dance party while everyone else heads to bed!

Experience camp from a new perspective during a floating lunch on Gallows Pond, shooting a bow on the archery range, singing campfire songs, and completing classic crafts, including a (Leave No Trace friendly) “camp in a jar” to take home.

There are so many different possibilities to design a one–of–a–kind camp adventure. As a group, you can choose how to spend your time. From boating and arts and crafts to high ropes and archery, the choice is yours!

Right on Target

Ready? Aim. Fire! Can you shoot a bullseye to earn your Golden Arrow award, use a slingshot to create a piece of art, and throw a hatchet? Come to camp to give each of our target sports a try. Off the range, you’ll build a model bow and arrow (that actually works!) and design targets that you can practice with.

Martha’s Vineyard Oasis

Explore the spectacular natural beauty and the unique sites of Martha’s Vineyard on a two night trip. Watch the sunset, go to the beach, visit a lighthouse, and try to grab your own brass ring on the Flying Horses Carousel.

Heroes of Olympus

Session 2: July 12–17 | $910

Calling all heroes! Learn to shoot a bow and arrow like Artemis, swim and boat like Poseidon, and build and create like Hephaestus. Play capture the flag to see who can outwit their competitors. Finally— when your training is complete—consult the Oracle and go on a camp–wide quest.

Stretch your comfort zone and challenge yourself to new adventures! Climb on the high ropes course, throw a hatchet on the target range, shoot a slingshot, and cool down on the waterfront. Travel off camp to reach new heights at a rock gym and come back to camp to tell the tale!

Feeling Salty

Do you love the sea? Come to camp and learn about marine life, animals, and the environments they live in! Then, go off camp for a day at the beach—complete with salty snacks of your choice—and get a chance to explore the tidepools. Finally, end your week with a magical floating campfire!

Quest for Camp

Do you love a good side quest? Create your character and set off on a one–shot adventure at camp. Throughout your week, you will encounter many obstacles, and your group will choose how you react. Record your story along each side quest, create a costume, and ultimately find your prize!

Night Owls

Session 4: July 26–31 | $910

The fun starts with traditional camp activities, but the real adventure begins when the moon comes up! After sundown, you can enjoy a night hike, munch on late–night snacks, create glow–in–the–dark crafts, and play games under the stars.

Build up your fire–building skills and try your hand at a one–match fire, then create your cuisine over the fire! Cook in a pie iron, bake in a Dutch oven, and get creative with your own recipes.

Assembly Required

Tinker away during this week of unique construction creativity! Design a bridge to see how much weight it can withstand. Complete simple tasks by designing a complex Rube Goldberg machine and challenge yourself to build something that floats! When you’re not assembling new contraptions, test out camp favorites like archery and high ropes.

Spend your week on the water learning about different kinds of boats! Go kayaking, try standing up in a Corcl, and go paddleboarding. You might even be able to meet Gertrude, our pond dragon!

The Spa

Turn camp into your own personal spa! Treat yourself to a facial, yoga, and relaxation exercises. Learn to make lip gloss and soap, unwind in the sun while boating, and enjoy swimming at the beach of Gallows Pond.

Express yourself on land and in the air. Show off your inner artist by creating unique masterpieces in the Art Barn. Plus, make a high–flying masterpiece when you tie–dye in the sky!

Do you have what it takes to be the ultimate survivor? Work as a team to learn wilderness survival skills, pitch a tent, and sleep under the stars. Make your own trail mix to take with you as you take a hike on a local trail, and enjoy a week at camp filled with new adventures and challenges!

Ready to take center stage? Use theater to bring your favorite story to life! Play some improv games to break the ice and make new friends. Write a play using a storybook as your base and create imaginative sets to make it come alive. Then take a bow when you put on a performance for the entire camp.

Summer Sing–a–long

Spend the week learning camp songs and singing with friends. Make music with nature, design your own windchime, and form a band. Then, enjoy roasting marshmallows and singing your favorite songs during a floating campfire at the waterfront.

Goats, Boats, and Floats

Take a relaxing float on one of camp’s many floaties, boat across Gallows Pond, and enjoy a goat–tastic animal experience with your fellow campers.

On The Loose

Session 2C: July 12–24 | $1,880

Join us for a two–week program exploring the lake and mountain regions of New Hampshire. Spend time at camp making friends and climbing the challenge course. Travel to New Hampshire to hike a section of the White Mountains and float down the Saco River. Finally, return to Camp Wind in the pines in time to share stories from your trip and sing songs by the campfire.

Glow with the Flow

Discover the magic of camp at night and sleep late in the morning. Challenge yourself with glow–in–the–dark high ropes, have a late–night dance party, try glow–in–the–dark Pac–Man, or invent your own glow game!

This is your week to unwind, recharge, and ride the waves of summer, one paddle stroke at a time. Whether you're new to stand–up paddleboarding or already have your balance dialed in, you'll spend plenty of time on the water learning skills, playing paddle games, and enjoying the peaceful rhythm of the waves. Back on shore, enjoy the slower pace of camp with time to relax, connect with friends, and take in the best parts of summer, sunsets, s’mores, and starry skies.

Grab your paintbrushes and imagination, it’s time to turn camp into your very own outdoor art studio! Inspired by the peaceful vibes of Bob Ross, this week is all about painting happy little trees, sculpting magical forest creatures, and letting your creativity wander as freely as the animals at camp. You’ll explore sketching, painting, and clay while surrounded by piney perfection. If things don’t go quite as planned? No worries! They’re just happy accidents waiting to become masterpieces.

Martha’s Vineyard Oasis 2.0

Didn’t get a chance to attend this program before? Well, it’s back! Explore Martha’s Vineyard on a two night trip and wake up early for a beach sunrise. Complete a picture scavenger hunt around town, visiting iconic sites, like the gingerbread houses. Then, enjoy a friendly game of mini golf and come back to WIP for a final campfire!

A Puzzling Adventure

Session 5: August 2–7 | $910

Dive into a week filled with puzzles, creativity, and relaxation! This session is the perfect blend of fun, friendship, and focus. Whether you’re piecing together challenging puzzles, designing your own, or working with friends to crack the code in an escape room, this program will keep your mind sharp and your spirit curious. When you need a break from the mental challenge, kick back in a hammock and enjoy the camp's sunshine, fresh air, and good company.

Session 6: August 9–14 | $910

Do you remember coming to camp when you were little? Interested in recreating your favorite memories? Enjoy old favorites like making fairy houses, tasting edible campfires, and creating beaded animal keychains. Be a role model and bring the camp magic to our youngest Brownie campers by living in a unit with them and reading them a Tajar Tale bedtime story. Finally, end your week with a game of “slay, nay, yay” around a floating campfire.

Wizz Kidz

Session 6: August 9–14 | $960

This is the perfect week to be a kid! Research random fun facts and try to “stump the staff” in a fun trivia game. Cool down by making your own ice cream at camp, and then venture off camp to a water park for a day full of epic slides. Play hopscotch, try to balance on a Corcl while singing a silly song, and so much more!

Entering Grade 11-12

Counselor in Training (CIT) I

Session 1D: July 5–24 | $1,925

This three–week program is an opportunity for mature and qualified young people to work with children and receive on–the–job training. The program includes training in age–level characteristics, group dynamics, leadership development, life skills, teaching techniques, group planning, and decision–making skills. There will be many opportunities to practice your skills while working in units and special areas. CITs live and work in their own patrol under the guidance of the Leadership Counselor. You must be able to attend all three weeks, and will return home during the session break weekend (July 10–12).

Entering Grade 12

Counselor in Training (CIT) II

Session 4D: July 26–August 14 | Free

For CIT I graduates: this is the most fun internship ever! Live at camp, work in units, and get in–depth, on–the–job experience and training. You will work with counselors in units and specialized areas around camp. An application will be sent to you upon receipt of your regular camp registration. References are required, and the camp director will select qualified applicants. All campers are waitlisted until applications are reviewed and approved. You must be able to attend all three weeks, and return home during each session break weekend (July 31–August 2 and August 7–9). CIT IIs will be welcome back on Sundays for early check–in at 11 AM.
