For her Girl Scout Gold Award project, Stone created the “Rising With Resilience” event to help women and young girls victimized by domestic violence realize their worth and help in their recovery from abuse. Stone raised nearly $400, which was used to make care packages to help homeless women during the winter, host a self-care event with self-worth realization activities, create a bookshelf with informative resources and inspirational affirmations, provide meals and much more.
