Mochilas rPET is a vibrant university collection made in durable and water-resistant fabric with yarn 100% deriving from recycled PET bottles. Its an eye-catching collection consisting both of school backpacks and additional back-to-school utility bags – all launched for the 1st time with FW2021. All products of this collection are using contrast trims, reflective details and a student patch inspired by the "Home of Caterpillar" and the mighty city of PEORIA.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN? We have added this icon to all the product pages of this collection and as a hangtag on each bag. The rPET stands for ”recycled PET bottles”. The exact number of 550 ml recycled PET bottles used to make the yarn of each style, is listed below ‘FEATURES’ on each page.

The Signature Collection is a fusion of heritage products and the story of one of the most significant tractors in the history of Caterpillar: The Sixty – a machine core to the DNA of Caterpillar, dated back to 1925. The Signature collection is built with two unique identifiers taking inspiration from the Sixty tractors: ONE: A front cross section on the products is a direct reference to the front of the Sixty, created with the use of our visual identity strap
TWO: The Cat logo in the recognizable corporate yellow is peeking out behind a mesh panel on all products, referencing a front cooler machine panel.
In this collection, we mix different material types of ripstop and PU, giving an elegant and modern look to the Cat® product family.
