MODERN SLAVERY STATEMENT

A) ORGANISATION

This statement applies to all companies owned by and associated with V33 (referred to in this statement as "The V33 Group"). The information included in the statement refers to the financial year 2024.

B) ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURÉ

Foundedin!g5T,V33isaFrenchcompanybasedintheJuraandisoneoftheleadingEuropean companies in the paint and wood products sector. The V33 Group has nearly 600 employees in France and around 1OO employees in 6 subsidiaries outside France. The governance of V33 is ensured by a Board of Directors.

The V33 Group fully adheres to the principles and fundamental rights of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union and is committed to combating allforms of slavery and human trafficking. As part of its social policy, the V33 Group is committed to promoting and acting in accordance with the conventions of the lnternational Labour Organization (abolition of child labour Conventtons 138 and 182, and elimination of all forms of forced or compulsory labour Conventions 29 and 10s).

c) DEFTNTTIONS

The V33 Group considers modern slavery to encompass:

- Human trafficking.

- Forced labour, under mental or physical threat.

- Being owned or controlled by an employer through mental or physical abuse or threats of abuse.

- Being dehumanised, treated as a commodity, or being bought or sold as property.

- Being physically constrained or having one's freedom of movement restricted.

- Child labour (a child is considered to be any individual under the age of 18).

D) COMMITMENT

The V33 Group recognizes its responsibilities in combating modern slavery and is committed to complying with the provisions of the 2015 Modern Slavery Act. The V33 Group understands that this requires continuous examination of its internal practices regarding its workforce and, furthermore, its supply chains.

The V33 Group prohibits entering a business relationship with any other organisation, in the UK or abroad, that knowingly supports or is involved in slavery, servitude, and forced or compulsory labour.

No labour supplied to the V33 Group in the provision of its own services is obtained through slavery or human trafficking. The V33 Group strictly complies with the minimum standards required regarding its responsibilities underthe labour legislation in force in England, France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, ltaly, Poland, and Switzerland.

E) SUPPLY CHAINS

To carry out its activities, the V33 Group's main supply chains include those related to the supply of paint and wood maintenance products across Europe. We understand that the V33 Group's primary suppliers are intermediary traders and therefore have contractual relationships with lower-tier suppliers.

F) POTENTIAL EXPOSURE

The V33 Group considers that its main exposure to the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking lies in the supply of raw materials necessary for the manufacture of its products, as well as in the transport of its finished products.

ln general, the V33 Group considers that its exposure to modern slavery and human trafficking is relatively limited. Nevertheless, the group has taken measures to ensure that such practices do not take place in its activities or in those of any organisation that supplies it with goods and/or services.

G) MEASURES

The V33 Group implements due diligence processes to ensure that modern slavery and/or human trafficking do not take place within its organisation or its supply chains, by conducting checks on its suppliers.

To its knowledge, the V33 Group has not done business with any other organisation that has been found to be involved in modern slavery.

ln accordance with section 5 (a) of the Modern Slavery Act 201-5, the V33 Group has taken the following measures to ensure that modern slavery does not take place:

o Review of our supplier contracts to include termination powers if the supplier is, or is suspected of being, involved in modern slavery.

o lmplementation of measures to identify and assess potential risks in its supply chains.

o Assessments of the impact of its services on potential cases of modern slavery.

o Development of action plans to address the risks of modern slavery.

o Signing of the supplier ethical charter by our main suppliers (representing 80% of the suppliers'turnover).

H) PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

The V33 Group has defined the following key performance indicators to measure its effectiveness in combating modern slavery within the V33 Group or in its supply chains: /1/ Page 2l3

percentage of turnover carried out with suppliers who have signed the V33 Group ethical charter (target: 80% of turnover achieved with suppliers who have signed the V33 Group ethical charter).

The V33 Group has implemented the following policies that define its position on modern slavery: code of ethics, anti-harassment policy, CSR policy.

The V33 Group provides training to its staff to effectively implement its position on modern slavery through its induction program and ethics training'

K) MODERN SLAVERY COMPLIANCE OFFICER

The V33 Group has a Modern Slavery Compliance Officer, to whom any questions regarding this subject should be addressed. This officer will take all necessary measures to enforce the V33 Group's commitments on this subject.

This statement is made in accordance with section 5 (1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and will be reviewed annually.
