CARREFOUR SWITCHES TO UNBLEACHED
Carrefour decided to conduct a consumer test among its customers on four of its major products to find out their perception of the unbleached aspect.
After Lemoine sent out samples, nearly 70 consumers gave satisfactory feedback.
The products concerned are:
MBB x60
Maxi Ovale x50
Buds x200
57 mm x 70
To date, we have confirmation from Carrefour that it would like to develop two of these products, which are:
MBB x60 approximately 250,000 additional packs
Maxi Ovale x50 approximately 250,000 additional packs
For the other two products, we are eagerly awaiting feedback from the laboratory in charge of these tests.

Communication update
As we approach the new year, we want to give you a heads-up on upcoming updates to our Group's corporate communication and brand guidelines. Our strategy is to "think global, act local," starting with ensuring consistent communication across all internal and external touchpoints. You will see more updates to the Group's communications in the new year.
For now, the first step we are taking is to ensure unified external representation.
Therefore, we will be sharing a guide on how to upload and correctly use the new Group email signature template. This is a quick and essential step toward achieving a cohesive brand identity.
Below is an example of our templates for our signatures. We will send you guideline soon.
Visit from Kühne + Nagel Trainees
Long-standing logistics partner Kühne + Nagel has launched an exciting project: trainees from the Limbach-Oberfrohna site regularly visit customer facilities to gain insight into processes and requirements.
On 26 September, LMG welcomed 22 trainees, HR Manager Katharina Senftleben, and Site Manager Peter Schmidt. After a short company introduction, the group toured the logistics/shipping and production departments.
The trainees showed great interest — the 30-minute tour extended to over an hour due to many questions and lively discussions.
LMG highly values the long-standing cooperation with Kühne + Nagel and was, of course, pleased to support this initiative.
LMG launches a new monthly training series to strengthen leadership on the shopfloor
In November, LMG introduced the Shift Leader Learning Sessions – a new development program designed to enhance leadership skills within our shift teams and create more consistency across all locations. The goal is to strengthen decisionmaking, improve communication, and establish unified standards in daily operations.
Shift leaders play a key role in ensuring stable processes and smooth coordination between teams. The Shift Leader Learning Sessions supports them by:
Building essential leadership competencies
Promoting consistent routines and clear communication
Encouraging shared learning and collaboration
Ensuring practical, hands-on development directly linked to daily work
Each month, shift leaders and their deputies receive a short, focused training unit, including:
✓ Clear and concise learning materials
Such as one-pagers, guides, short video snippets, or checklists.
✓ Practical exchange formats
Including small round-table discussions, on-the-floor activities, or brief follow-up sessions.
The upcoming months will cover a range of core topics relevant to shift leadership, including:
The Shift Leader Learning Sessions will evolve continuously as we gather ideas and feedback from the teams. By creating a shared leadership foundation, we strengthen our operational performance and set our shift teams up for success.
