CARTON TENDER COMPLETED A COLLECTIVE SUCCESS DRIVING GROUP PERFORMANCE
The carton tender carried out for Lemoine France and Lemoine Holland has now been successfully completed.
This project clearly demonstrates what can be achieved through close cooperation between the Procurement team and local site teams, all working towards a shared objective: performance, simplification and operational efficiency.
Strong and tangible results
Thanks to a structured and collaborative approach, the project delivered significant outcomes: –17% across both sites, representing €450k in total savings. These results directly contribute to the Group’s competitiveness while securing our supply base.
Simplification of daily operations
Beyond cost savings, the tender enabled a reduction in the number of suppliers for Lemoine France, delivering concrete operational benefits: simplified supplier management, reduced complexity and ultimately, time savings for the teams.
A success driven by strong team involvement
These achievements would not have been possible without the strong commitment of the site teams, in particular: Product Management, Supply, Quality, Industrial teams, especially for testing and validation activities Their involvement ensured robust supplier selection and successful industrial qualification.
Next step: successful supplier switches
To benefit from the savings as quickly as possible, the execution of supplier switches is now key.
We will rely on the same level of cross functional collaboration between Procurement and site teams to ensure smooth and efficient transitions.
A model to replicate
This project is a great example of effective cooperation between Procurement and local teams, covering the entire process—from needs definition to deployment, including testing and industrial validation phases.
It represents a model to be deployed for future projects, whether:
sourcing initiatives, or Capex projects, by fostering early involvement, structured collaboration and a results oriented mindset.
We will continue to deploy across the 2026 roadmap

PEOPLE ANUAL REVIEW
It is once again time for our Annual Individual Reviews. Running through February, these sessions are a key opportunity to reflect on our achievements and align our sights on the year ahead.
Our Collective 2026 Focus
To ensure our continued industrial and commercial success, our collective mandate for 2026 is built on three key drivers. "Making it happen" means bringing a daily commitment to these pillars in every shift and every project:
Performance: Consistently delivering the high standards our partners expect.
Organization: Strengthening our internal processes to work as a unified team.
Efficiency: Streamlining our operations to remain lean and competitiv
These pillars are only as strong as the people behind them. Our success depends on every individual’s involvement; it is your collective energy and personal commitment that turn these goals into reality.
Your Aspirations & Work Experience
These reviews are equally about you. The Group is deeply committed to ensuring that our collective goals align with your personal professional aspirations. We strive to provide a work environment where you feel supported, heard, and motivated to grow.
Preparing Your Review: What is YOUR Roadmap?
Rather than just a process, see this as a moment to take ownership of your journey. As you prepare for your meeting, keep these steps in mind:
Reflect on your 2025: Take a moment to look back at your personal wins and the challenges you overcame this past year.
Discuss with your manager: Use your 1:1 meeting as an open space for feedback and alignment.
Clarify your 2026 vision: Ensure your objectives for the coming year are clear and actionable.
What is your personal roadmap to make your results—and the Group's results—a success in 2026?
