NEWSLETTER GROUPE LEMOINE

What a first quarter. From kicking off the roadmap and boosting TRS performance in France to beating production targets in Estonia, the momentum is real. The turnaround of LMH and the official launch of the CSR strategy are well underway. It has been an intense start to the year, and credit goes to everyone for the hard work put in so far.

To make these actions count, the roadmap must be followed with even more ownership in every scope. And it must now extend to the digital environment. Cybersecurity is a primary focus for this month’s dialogue because it is the shield that protects this hard-won progress.

• The Why: To protect growth and maintain the trust clients place in the company.

• The What: A collective shift toward higher discipline regarding digital safety.

• The How: By being even more vigilant as a group. Taking care of each other isn’t just about physical safety—which remains the key engagement—it’s about protecting digital integrity.

WE CONTINUE CONNECTING WITH EACH OTHER!

TIPS OF THE MONTH:

DON'T TAKE THE BAIT

Everything you need to know about phishing and how to protect your data, your team, and Groupe Lemoine.

WHAT IS PHISHING?

Phishing is when a cybercriminal pretends to be someone you trust — your bank, your manager, IT support, or even a colleague — to trick you into clicking a malicious link, downloading a file, or handing over sensitive data. It's not about hacking machines. It's about hacking people.

DO

Carefully verify the sender's email address before replying

Hover over links to preview the real URL before clicking

Enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) on all your accounts

Report any suspicious email to the IT/security team immediately

Contact the sender via a separate channel/email when in doubt

Keep your software and browser always up to date

DONT

Click on links or attachments from unexpected senders

Enter your credentials after following a link from an email

Act on 'urgent' requests without double-checking first

Share passwords or codes even if 'IT support' asks

Download unexpected files, even from known contacts Ignore warning banners displayed by your email client

Bait : Risk :

If you suspect anything, contact the security team immediately, even if you are only in doubt. (You must attach the email to send it; do not forward it.)

LAST IDENTIFIED THREAT

An automated email titled "Contract Review" mimics an official SharePoint / OneDrive notification.

The link redirects to a fake Microsoft page designed to steal your credentials.

RED FLAGS TO SPOT IMMEDIATELY

Urgency & pressure

"Act now or your account closes!" attackers want you to panic and skip thinking

Request for sensitive data

Legitimate companies never ask for passwords, PINs, or card details via email.

Unusual writing style, strange greeting, or off-brand formatting are warning signs. Bad spelling & odd tone

Unexpected attachments

Invoice you never requested? A zip file out of nowhere? Classic bait.

Turn static files into dynamic content formats.
