VISIT FROM LEMOINE PHILIPPINES

This month, Groupe Lemoine was delighted to welcome John Narsolis, Plant Manager of Lemoine Philippines, to France for a series of collaborative meetings with his French colleagues

LMF visit served as a great opportunity for sharing technical & organisational knowledge on cotton bud production.

By bridging the gap between our international locations, we are putting our "Think Global, Act Local" philosophy into practice, ensuring that our global expertise is enriched by local insights.

Fostering these cross-border partnerships is essential to our success, as it strengthens the unified spirit that defines Groupe Lemoine

LEMOINE HOLLAND PERFORMANCE PLAN

In November 2025, an unprecedented initiative was launched to support the turnaround of Lemoine Holland. The planning phase brought together the local team, external consultants, Group resources, and the Pads division’s expertise to build a structured performance boost program.

BOP 38 was launched on January 5 with one clear objective : reaching 38 net tons of web per day by June 1.

From day one, the program has focused on regaining control of urgent shopfloor priorities while building the foundations for sustainable performance. BOP 38 is structured in two three-month waves across six workstreams, in addition to a strong focus on people and organizational efficiency.

Nine weeks in, one word stands out : Teamwork.

Teamwork has been the key to a strong start. From the very first days of execution, the team rolled up their sleeves and built real momentum. Challenging periods reveal the true strength of an organization. The work achieved so far is laying solid groundwork for the months ahead.

We are now entering the second half of Wave 1, with a clear view of what remains to be done to reach the 38-ton target. Restoring machines to basic conditions, training operators, and maintaining discipline in monitoring and managing performance — every day — together with ownership in delivering lasting results, will be our key levers for success

Let’s keep up the momentum.

2025: STRENGTHENING OUR BASE AND ADVANCING OUR CATEGORY AMBITIONS IN 2026

A Year That Started With a Promise

At the beginning of 2025, we made a commitment: innovate responsibly, accelerate execution, and strengthen our identity across categories. Looking back today, that commitment has become a storyline of progress, resilience, and transformation.

2025: Tangible Progress and Responsible Innovation

From recycled plastic and paper to meaningful reductions in virgin materials, our product development pipeline aligned more than ever with our CSR ambitions. This wasn’t just a direction—it became a reflex in how we think, design, and deliver

A Fast-Moving Year Full of Product Momentum

France: When Process Optimization Shows Results

In France, product-development lead time dropped from 31 to 29 weeks (–2 weeks), supported by normative stock levels, strong supply-planning organisation, and team resilience. Performance varies significantly by customer, with Mercadona standing out as best-in-class thanks to its exemplary timelines and 100% on-time delivery.

2026: Ready for the Next Chapter

In 2026, our focus is to elevate category expertise and execution to deliver our strategic targets.

WHAT we aim to achieve:

- Reinforce eco-design

- Strengthen recognition for cotton position in Europe

- Win the Carepads market

HOW we will deliver it:

- Sharper portfolio strategy (S2A)

- Faster execution (time to market, proactiveness)

- Stronger cross-entity synergies and efficient tools.

HOW TO RUN EFFECTIVE MEETING

Efficiency is our Golden Rule for 2026, and it all begins with how we manage our time together.

To truly embody this mission, we must transform our meetings into lean, high-impact sessions that respect everyone’s schedule and drive immediate results.

Before you dive into the additional tips below, please take a moment to watch this short video on maximizing our collective output. Remember that every meeting must have a defined outcome, remain as brief as possible, and get straight to the point without unnecessary ceremony. By prioritizing clarity and purpose in every conversation, we ensure that Groupe Lemoine remains agile, focused, and ready to lead.

HOW TO RUN EFFECTIVE MEETING

BEFORE THE MEETING

Preparation is Key

Set a goal : Identify the purpose of the meeting so you stay focused. Even those recurring team meetings need an objective.

Create and share an agenda : Build your meeting agenda beforehand and share it fews days ahead. Encourage everyone to add items and comment before the meeting.

Prepare the content of your meeting.

DURING THE MEETING

Make it efficient

Assign roles : Designate roles for everyone in the meeting, including a note taker, a task master, a timekeeper.

Make sure everyone is heard : Good meetings encourage participation from everyone.

Stick to the agenda : Running a successful meeting means staying on track.

Take notes : Meeting minutes are the best way to know how you landed at certain decisions during the meeting. Document what you talk about, and who it came from.

Make decisions and create action items : Every effective meeting should end with nailing down the decisions made and next steps required. Write them down and get a collective thumbs-up from the group so there is no confusion.

Set your next meeting agenda : Start up the next agenda while you're still together, when the decisions and goals are fresh in your mind.

Assign accountability : Assign someone to each action item to ensure things get done. Clarify exactly what they're expected to deliver on before the next meeting.

AFTER THE MEETING

Follow the performance

Follow up on what was done : This is the hardest habit, but also the most important one for running effective meetings: close the loop by following up on action items and key decisions.
