NEWSLETTER GROUPE LEMOINE

Our business is driven by a strong purpose: Making health & care products accessible & sustainable for everyday well-being. This is the engine of our daily actions and the promise we make to every consumer. As an FMCG company, our strength lies in the proven expertise we bring to the essential products we create.

Our growth will come directly from this expertise, which we must channel into the relentless pursuit of excellence in everything we do. Quality is not a separate function; it is a mindset that must be the priority in everyone’s job, at every level. This commitment allows us to focus entirely on our core business—what we do and what we are truly expert in.

Achieving this demands discipline: a strong structure and strict adherence to guidelines and processes are essential. Every action is part of a value chain that ensures great products; therefore, audits and process adherence are critical to full success. Ultimately, our focus on product quality is a direct focus on client satisfaction, which fuels our growth. Let's ensure our collective expertise is reflected in every product that carries our name.

ON THE ROAD TO ZERO ACCIDENT

All factories achieved a positive feat in September by recording zero work accidents This outstanding trend is a powerful sign of our collective commitment, and we must not only maintain it but push to extend it even further, proving that our

No Accident Policy is a shared will for the group.

We are tracking the status across each factory, with a special highlight on Albasa for their safety excellence: their continuous training initiatives were recently rewarded by the auditor in that critical aspect. Below the illustration of zero accident record (as of 17/10) and still ongoing.

Remember, working safely—for you, for us all—is the key to our success..

QUALITY

ALBASA Earns 'Green Audit' from Morrisons

The ALBASA team has once again proven its excellence, achieving a 'Green' (Satisfactory) audit result from client Morrisons last September.

As a required biennial audit, this outcome is a powerful testament to the daily diligence and commitment to quality shown by every team member. Congratulations, ALBASA!

Reinforcing Excellence with GMP Training ‍

In October, we invested in our most important resource our people. The Quality, HR, and Safety departments collaborated to provide comprehensive Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) training to all Production, Warehouse, and Maintenance personnel.

The training reinforced our core philosophy: "Zero accidents and safety is not an option. " Key topics covered included hygiene rules, traceability, and the importance of our Quality Policy and Product Safety Culture.

Audit Alert: Everyone Must Be Involved

Our commitment to quality faces challenges this month and next, and every employee must be involved for us to succeed.

With special thanks to the teamwork and involvement, ALBASA has successfully navigated an important IFS audit this week, with the result showing we are once again climbing above 97% and maintaining a high rating!

LSCI is preparing for both GOTS and IFS audits next month. To ensure readiness, LSCI recently implemented a new onboarding manual to train new staff quickly on key GMP points.

Thank you for your collective dedication. By working together, we guarantee customer satisfaction and safety. Let's maintain our standards of excellence!

SIMPLIFY TO AMPLIFY » CLEAN LOW PERFORMANCES ACTIVITIES TO FOCUS AND SUSTAINIBLY GROW

WHY NOW?

Today, our energy is sometimes spread too thin:

No clear customer classification, making prioritization difficult and creating workload pressure for teams.

An overly complex product portfolio (too many SKUs, complex stock and life cycle management).

Too much time spent on daily operations, not enough on business development. Profitability under pressure.

Limited industrial capacity.

To grow sustainably, we need to clarify, simplify, and focus our efforts where they have the greatest impact.

OUR AMBITION: CHOOSE OUR BATTLES TO WIN SMARTER

Improve Group profitability to fund our future growth. Focus resources on truly strategic projects. Free up industrial and warehousing capacities.

Optimize and standardize our product portfolio.

In short: do less of the little things… focus on the big fish…

WHAT WILL CHANGE

Customer classification (A/B/C) → to ensure the right level of internal prioritization.

New customer creation rules → based on scoring criteria (business potential, profitability, strategic fit with the Lemoine Group, complexity, international presence). New product creation rules → also based on scoring criteria (business potential, customer classification, segmentation, industrial and procurement complexity, profitability).

New pricing framework → with profitability guidelines per product type, minimum price recommendations, and a clear escalation process.

CONCRETE ACTIONS BY THE END OF THE YEAR

End collaboration with 100+ customers generating insufficient annual turnover. Address negative profitability situations with certain customers.

Discontinue more than 100 products with annual sales below €10k. Adjust pricing and/or configuration for nearly 300 products. These actions will help all of us work more efficiently, with greater clarity and focus, driving performance and sustainable growth.

DIGITAL SIDE

CHALLENGE MET IN ARGENTAN

Mission accomplished! Meeting the deadlines for an industrial project is our priority. And we did it: the IT infrastructure in Argentan is 100% operational, and on schedule! A huge congratulations to the IT team at LMF (Caligny), who perfectly guided our partner through a smooth start-up. Exemplary teamwork!

LOGISTICS

Moving up a gear (WMS JDE) This is a strategic milestone! Our warehouse management system (WMS) is now live in our ERP (JDE). In short: information is finally flowing seamlessly, our stock levels are more reliable and our entire supply chain is becoming more efficient. This is a real leap forward for the company!

THE CONNECTED FACTORY EXPANDS (MES LEANCURE)

We are capitalising on our successes! After successful tests at Lemoine France, the deployment of the MES Leancure tool is being finalised at the LMH site. We will be able to monitor production in real time, understand exactly the causes of stoppages and thus better optimise our lines. This is a key step towards Industry 4.0!

A ‘BOOSTED’ NETWORK AT HEADQUARTERS

No more slow WiFi during video conferences! We have just completed a complete upgrade of the network at headquarters. With brand new WiFi and latest-generation switches, everything is faster and more stable. And the good news? This is the first step before the arrival of independent, direct, very high-speed Internet access. It's going to be amazing! What about the other sites? It's already planned!!!

These successes are the result of a wonderful collective effort between the IT department and the business teams.

Thank you all for your involvement.

COMMITTED TO EVERYONE´S SAFETY

At LSCI, safety is our top priority. Every action we take is aimed at protecting our team, our facilities, and our work environment. Thanks to everyone’s commitment, we have reached 66 accident-free days. This achievement reflects our collective effort and shared responsibility to maintain a safe workplace.

FIRE PREVENTION: OUR MAIN FOCUS

FOCUS ON LSCI

RESULTS PRODUCTION AND TEAM WORK

September was the best production month in both sections. The LSCI team is focused on maintaining this line of work.

The web safety stock is being maintained in September and October.

In recent weeks, we have strengthened our fire prevention efforts, focusing on:

Regular inspections of electrical equipment and critical areas. Cleaning and organization of work and storage areas.

Installation of fire protection system in web line, automatic sprinklers in critical areas. These actions are carried out continuously by the LSCI team, with the support of all departments

Results

66 days without workplace accidents (on 24/10/25)

Zero fire incidents 2025.

Increase in weekly preventive inspections.

Our goal is to reach 0 accident-free days, further strengthenging LSCI´s safety culture.

Safety is not just a goal , it´s a daily commitment

PADS France

Production has started

The PADS France journey has officially reached a major milestone with the start of production!

This significant step began on October 13th when the first team started producing. Prior to this, a collective morning time was successfully organized, bringing together the PADS Team project members and the Argentan team for their onboarding.

This start was only made possible through the dedication of all teams involved in the project, tracing back to October 2020 when the Carepads machine first arrived from Lemoine Holland.

Please see the attached pictures highlighting this journey, possible thanks to you all! #thinkglobalactlocal
