When you create your InDesign document, make sure the ‘Facing Pages’ box is checked, that way you can design viewing double page spreads.
Create your document in InDesign. Make it a thing of beauty!

Once your document is finished go to... File > Export and from the Format box select ‘Adobe PDF (Interactive)’ This time make sure ‘Pages’ not ‘Spreads’ is selected

Sign in to ISSUU and upload your PDF. You’re done!
