If improving communication in relationships matters to you, this group provides a safe space for growth. If setting boundaries or asserting yourself is tough, gain tools to navigate these challenges. The program covers key skills like managing cravings, preventing relapse, improving communication, and promoting emotional wellbeing to support long-term sobriety.
