Rooted in Greenwich Academy’s commitment to excellence and character, the Career Resource Center empowers students and alumnae to explore and achieve their professional goals. Through personalized support, mentorship, and networking, we provide the tools, connections, and confidence to lead with integrity, embrace challenges, and make meaningful contributions in an ever-changing world.
In the spirit of Ad Ingenium Faciendum—Toward the Building of Character—we prepare GA women not just for successful careers, but for lives of purpose and impact.

About the CRC
Founded in response to a growing need for mentorship and career support, the Career Resource Center connects GA students and alumnae across all ages and stages. Whether you’re exploring internships, launching your first job search, making a career transition, or re-entering the workforce, the CRC provides resources and connections to help you thrive.
How the CRC Works
We support GA women through:
• NETWORKING CONNECTIONS linking students and alumnae with mentors and peers.
• CAREER COACHING guidance on resumes, cover letters, interviews, and job searches.
• WORKSHOPS & PANELS sessions on resume writing, career choices, and industry pathways.
• SIGNATURE PROGRAMS Senior Career Day, Career Exploration Week, and skill-building workshops.
• DIGITAL RESOURCES alumnae job board, LinkedIn group, and GA CONNECT powered by 12twenty.

In Fall 2025, GA became the first independent school to partner with 12twenty, a leading career services platform. Through GA CONNECT, students and alumnae can network, post jobs, and access resources all in one place.
FOR STUDENTS (GA Juniors and Seniors)
