Purpose of set aside determination To set aside an area to which access for a person or class of persons is prohibited without a permit.

The following areas: 1. beaches (between the high-water mark and base of the cliffs) between Castle Rock and the Razorback lookout. 2. London Bridge Beach (between the low-water mark and base of the cliffs) as indicated on Maps 1a and 1b (Attachment 1).

Entry to the area(s) set aside is not allowed. This set aside is necessary for the purposes of public safety within the park.
To set aside an area to which access for a person or class of persons is prohibited without a permit.
All roads and tracks designated for Management Vehicles Only as listed in Table 6 and shown in Figure 4 of the Port Campbell National Park Management Plan 1998 (Attachments 4 and 5).

Entry of persons driving or riding motorised vehicles including AWD vehicles, 2WD vehicles, 4WD vehicles, motorbikes, trailbikes and motorised bicycles; is prohibited from the area set aside. (Note: The term ‘motorised vehicle’ is defined and administered by Vic Roads https://www.vicroads.vic.gov.au/ This set aside is for the purposes of the preservation, protection or management of the park.)

The whole of the park except the vehicle roads and tracks as listed in Table 6 and shown in Figure 4 of the Port Campbell National Park Management Plan 1998 (Attachments 4 and 5).

All of the park except for the intertidal areas of the Special Protection Area listed in Table 1 and shown

Entry of persons using non-motorised vehicles including bicycles, monocycles, skateboards, roller skates, in-line roller blades or coasters, roller skis and scooters is prohibited from the area set aside. (Note: The term ‘non-motorised vehicle’ is defined and administered by Vic Roads https://www.vicroads.vic.gov.au/ This set aside is for the purposes of the preservation, protection or management of the park.) The taking of animals for use as bait is allowed in accordance with the Fisheries Act 1995.
