Purpose of set aside determination To set aside an area of a park as an area to which access for a person or class of persons is prohibited without a permit. To set aside an area of a park as an area to which access for a person or class of persons is prohibited without a permit.

Twelve Apostles Beach as shown on Map 1 (Attachment 1).

Access to Twelve Apostles Beach is not allowed. This set aside is for the purposes of the preservation, protection or management of the park.
All of the park including offshore islands and rock stacks as shown on Map 1 (Attachment 1).

Persons driving or riding motorised vehicles including AWD vehicles, 2WD vehicles, 4WD vehicles, motorbikes, trailbikes and motorised bicycles are not allowed on roads and tracks designated for Management Vehicles Only. (Note: The term ‘motorised bicycle’ is defined and administered by Vic Roads https://www.vicroads.vic.gov.au/)

Areas for animals
To set aside an area of a park as an area into which animals may be brought.
The beach between Rivernook and Pebble Point as shown on Map 1 (Attachment 1).
Between sunrise and sunset.
This set aside is for the purposes of the preservation, protection or management of the park. Persons using non-motorised vehicles including bicycles, monocycles, skateboards, roller skates, inline roller blades or coasters, roller skis and scooters are not allowed on the walking tracks set aside. (Note: The term ‘non-motorised bicycle’ is defined and administered by Vic Roads https://www.vicroads.vic.gov.au/) This set aside is for the purpose of public safety. Access: • Horses may be brought in the area set aside subject to a permit.
