Purpose of set aside determination To set aside an area of a reserve, other than on a road or in a parking area, as an area where operating a vehicle or class of vehicle is permitted (driving on beach) To set aside an area of a reserve, other than on a road or in a parking area, as an area where operating a vehicle or class of vehicle is permitted (overflow parking)

Area set aside Times or period Within 50 metres of the boat ramp locations specified in Appendix 1 - 4.

At all times.

Within the overflow parking areas shown in blue on Appendix 5 – 8.

Only during peak periods when gates are open, where gates are installed.

Set Aside Conditions Other conditions (a) applies only to 4WD vehicles, tractors and authorised vehicles (b) only the following activities may be undertaken in the area(s) set aside— (i) Driving under 10km/hr (ii) Launch and retrieval of boats (c) the following restrictions apply(i) vehicles must give way to pedestrians (ii) no parking of vehicles is permitted Only the following activities may be undertaken in the area(s) set aside— (a) Driving under 10km/hr (b) Parking of a vehicle
