Gervasi Vineyard Resort & Spa wasn’t simply built; it was poured from the heart and founded on the idea of creating lasting memories rooted in family, love and tradition. Every detail is a personal touch. The resort itself was named after Ted Swaldo’s mother and inspired by her Italian heritage. The Still House — right down to the bell tower — was modeled after St. Gervasio church in Denno, where Ted’s mother was baptized. OLINDA, a new restaurant located nearby, was named after Ted’s wife and high school sweetheart. The Portuguese word means “Oh beautiful,” perfectly symbolizing the resort’s dedication to providing stunning destinations for meaningful moments and ensuring every visitor feels like family.
