Greater Victoria Public Library celebrates local authors in the Emerging Local Authors Collection. The collection highlights self-published, independent, or small press books by local authors, for readers of all ages. Each spring, GVPL launches a new collection of books by emerging local authors. The print books are showcased at the Central Branch in the rotunda for one year. The books are also available to browse and borrow from our catalogue.
