Greater Spokane Inc. (GSI) launches The Pulse, a series of comprehensive, scientific polls that look at what voters think about critical policy issues and potential solutions. It is the standard by which we measure community outlook and provide policymakers with the data they need to make informed decisions over time. The Pulse is not a measure of “who’s up and who’s down,” but rather an issues-forward way of looking at the electorate during critical decision points and bringing the community’s voice to the table on Spokane’s toughest issues.
