ROOM RENTAL
$65.00 for ½ day (1-4 hrs.) $97.50 for ¾ day (5-6 hrs.) $130.00 all day (7-8 hrs.) Non-business hours $25.00/hour
Future Member surcharge – an additional $150 charge for Future Chamber member Non-business hours Monday through Friday – Rentals that begin before 9:00 am and/or end after 5:00 pm will require a Chamber staff member on site and is contingent upon the availability of Chamber staff. An additional $25.00 per hour is required for non-business hours. No rooms are rented on Saturday or Sunday. Special Room Set Up – is the responsibility of renter and must be reverted to its original state. Easels are available upon request. Prior notice is required. The renters must provide their own flip charts and markers. Coffee can be purchased at $5.00 a pot, and tablecloths can be rented for $5.00 each. Prior notice is required. The Chamber requires all catering be provided by a Chamber member. Honorary and Community Partners may qualify for reduced fees.
