Laurie Radke The Greater Green Bay Chamber works to build a strong community by building strong business. But achieving prosperity can only happen when you have the right ingredients. I have the privilege of leading a dedicated staff of servant leaders passionate about executing talent attraction and retention, workforce development, education and entrepreneurship programs and initiatives to better our region.
While I am PROUD of the work we have done and CELEBRATE THE POSITIVE IMPACT we have been able to make over the last year, I know the secret to the recipe of our success is COMMUNITY SUPPORT.
Our ability to perform at a high level speaks directly to the generosity of our members, investors, partners and volunteers willing to share their time, talent and trust with the Chamber. We cannot do it alone, and I continue to be humbled and grateful for the organizations in Greater Green Bay that allow us to have a seat at their table and a voice in important conversations. Greater Green Bay is a special place to live and work – and the rest of the world is taking notice. Fiscal year 20232024 brought national recognition as the U.S. News and World Report Best Place to Live in the U.S., the Rent.com Top City in the U.S. for Hybrid Remote Workers, and the home of the 2025 NFL Draft. We look forward to building onto this momentum in the year ahead and showcasing once again what makes our community special – alongside all of YOU!

The Greater Green Bay Chamber looks different now than it did when I started my term as Board Chair two years ago with new members, new staff and new events. We have achieved program milestones, celebrated collective success, and innovated new ways to support local businesses and entrepreneurs. The Greater Green Bay Chamber delivers results in all circumstances, a testament to the resilience of the organization. The Chamber stands strong after 142 years, successfully adapting to meet the changing needs of our community.
