Excellence in Customer Service This award is open to businesses that have provided exemplary service to customers, who have made exceptional contributions in this area, exceeding normal expectations, and delivering outstanding quality service to their customers. 3. Excellence in Hospitality, Retail & Events This award is open to catering, entertainment, retail and conferencing venues that deliver high-quality customer service and excellent products. It is open to brick and mortar as well as online-only businesses. 4. Excellence in Inclusive People Development This award is for organisations demonstrably committed to diversity & inclusion and developing their staff. 5. Excellence in International Business This award celebrates businesses that are navigating the complexities of international markets to achieve success and support their business’ growth. 6. Excellence in Manufacturing This award is aimed at organisations in the production industry that consistently demonstrate excellence across their products, operations, impact and/or strategic development. 7. Excellence in Sales & Marketing Covering sales, marketing, digital media, events, PR and other communications roles, either in-house or within a specialist agency. 8. Excellence in Sustainability This award is open to businesses who are addressing environmental challenges through innovative and sustainable practices and projects. 9. Excellence in Technology & Innovation Encompassing all forms of technical innovation, application development and design. 10. Excellence in Third Sector This category includes charities, voluntary and community groups and social enterprises. 11. Excellence in Training & Education This category includes non-profit-making organisations, governmental organisations and the education sector.
