RANI GARY REY

ARCHITECT | MASTER PLUMBER

With nearly 8 years of professional experience, I work across public, institutional, residential, mixed-use, and hospitality projects. My work spans large-scale developments such as public markets, event centers, and religious complexes, as well as apartments, mixed-use condominiums, and private residences.

I deliver projects from concept design and visualization to permit documentation, construction drawings, and site coordination, with a focus on practical, buildable architecture that responds to real-world constraints of site, budget, and use.

The design activates the site’s river edge through a river esplanade lined with restaurants and kiosks oriented toward scenic waterfront views. An elevated pedestrian overpass connects the main market building to additional commercial spaces, improving accessibility and spatial continuity. The project aims to revitalize the market district through enhanced functionality, disaster resilience, and a more engaging public realm.

Consocep, Tigaon, Camarines Sur | 356.49sqm | ₱10,000,000.00

The architecture adopts a clean, modern expression with simple massing and durable materials, emphasizing functionality, clarity, and serenity. The layout supports spiritual retreats, seminars, and training activities, with well-defined zones for gathering, reflection, and learning. Integrated with the natural terrain, the building responds to its elevated setting while maintaining accessibility and a strong visual identity suitable for an institutional retreat environment.

A proposed two-storey, budget-friendly apartment development designed to maximize functionality and cost efficiency. The existing residential building at the front of the site is proposed for redesign, while a new apartment building is introduced on the left side of the property.
