Join us as we take a trip to The George W. Bush Library, there is a special exhibit about Freedom Matters as you will explore the ongoing pursuit of liberty. Then check-out the life and career of President George W. Bush in the permanent exhibit. We will be having lunch at the museum.
Try your luck at Choctaw Casino in Durant, Oklahoma. There is a variety of slots machines and table games to play. This will be a full day trip, make sure you save your money to get something to eat. Space is limited.

We will take a bus to The Hurst Conference Center so you can walk around and check out all the vendors and exhibits as well as the workshops for Active Adults. You must pre-register at EmpoweringSeniors.com. Once you register, this will include your lunch.

Texas State Fair
Thursday, October 5 or Thursday, October 19 Bus leaves 9:15 am Fee: $5 Bus Fee / person The State Fair of Texas is a historical event that celebrates all things Texas. Join us on a trip and enjoy games, shows, rides, and great food! You can't forget to go checkout the main attraction, Big Tex. We have two dates, you can only signup for one. Each person will pay for their own ticket at the gate; $5/seniors 60+, and $10/seniors 55-59. Check out the state fair website for possible discounts on tickets.
