We believe leadership begins with service. Developing authentic Christian leaders is the driving force behind everything we do, and that calling shapes how we guide your child from the very first day.
We employ teachers fully committed to Jesus Christ and called into academia, each holding at least a four-year degree along with CIS and state certifications. Our faculty continually strengthen classroom content, build meaningful relationships with students, and weave a biblical worldview into every part of the Faith experience. Our curriculum is rigorous yet delivered in a supportive environment where every student can flourish. Technology is integrated throughout learning, equipping students with media literacy for today and tomorrow. Together, strong academic advancement, exceptional facilities, and preparatory curriculum create an environment primed to develop authentic Christian leaders. Elementary | Our elementary teachers partner with parents to fulfill the biblical mandate to train children in truth. In a loving, caring environment, we emphasize student differentiation — working individually with each child in the way that best fits their learning style and laying a strong foundation for Christian leadership. Junior High | Junior high brings new challenges, and our experienced faculty helps students see them as opportunities for growth. Through our discipleship program, a staff mentor walks alongside each student all year. The curriculum builds critical thinking, hands-on learning, and responsibility, preparing students spiritually, emotionally, and socially for high school. High School | Our high school faculty challenge students to embrace the calling to authentic Christian leadership. Through strong academics, athletics, creative arts, biblical instruction, and hands-on missions, students develop their God-given gifts. They graduate confident in God’s plan, ready for their best-fit college and the opportunities ahead.
Grapevine Faith's central goal is to give students real opportunities to practice servant leadership. We see this as stewardship of your child’s God-given potential — nurturing the gifts, character, and confidence God has placed within them. This process begins the moment a student enters Faith and grows with them through every grade. Step by step, students learn to lead by serving others, following Christ's example, and preparing to influence the world for His glory. Our elementary students follow a scriptureinfused “Leader in Me” program that turns everyday moments into leadership lessons. In a loving, supportive environment, children discover that even small acts of service matter. Real-life roles bring these principles to life. Through the Leadership Rally Team, Science, Art, Library Assistants, and Chapel Worship Team, students practice responsibility while laying a foundation of Christian leadership.
Junior high brings new challenges, and our students rise to meet them through meaningful service. They organize PreK and Kindergarten Field Day, manage the Winter Wonderland gift shop, and attend the Lift Tour sponsored by Student Leadership University — each experience stretching their gifts and deepening their confidence. Leadership also reaches beyon our walls. Junior High Student Council members help facilitate school functions and lead a Thanksgtiving basket outreach for the local community, learning firsthand the joy of serving other as they grow spiritually, emotionally, and socially. Our high school students embrace the calling to authentic Christian leadership through significant, real-world responsibility. They organize and execute class trips, chapels, and conferences, and travel across the globe to serve, expanding their vision of God’s plan for their lives. Students also hold leadership positions in Student Council, Student Congress, Lion Business Academy, and National Honor Society, to name a few. Through these roles, they develop their God-given gifts and graduate confident, capable, and ready to lead with servant hearts wherever God call them next.
STUDENT LIFE Everything at Grapevine Faith flows from one purpose: to develop and graduate authentic Christian leaders. That mission comes alive in student life, where every student, no matter the grade or gifting can find a place to belong. With more than 35 clubs, teams, and areas to explore, there truly is something for everyone. You might serve on student council, become a Bible buddy, compete with the math club, lead worship in Chapel, or pack your bags for a trip to Europe. And because our students are free to explore across every area, they can move between arts and athletics, discovering more than one passion along the way. It’s not just about filling a schedule, it’s about shaping a life. Our programs are designed to help students find and develop their gifts. Whether drawn to the stage, the sports field, or a service project, they’ll find community that welcomes them and pushes them to grow. Friendships built through shared experiences, whether a theater production, mission trip, or championship game, often last well beyond graduation. At Faith, students aren’t just participants, they’re leaders in the making. In the creative arts, our faculty inspires, equips, and empowers students to discover, develop, and demonstrate their God-given talents. Through a rich range of art forms and teaching approaches, students grow in experience, build a biblical worldview, and gain a lifelong love for the arts. Our creative arts programs aren’t just about skillbuilding. They are about helping students understand that their creativity is a reflection of the Creator, and that every performance, song, or brushstroke is an act of worship and witness. On the field and the court, our coaches bring that same heart, working to build fitness, strengthen athletic ability, and shape healthy habits that last a lifetime. Our coaches are more than strategists; they are mentors who model what it looks like to compete with integrity and lead with humility. While winning has become a tradition, our deepest goal is to raise up strong men and women of God — leaders whose faith shapes everything they do, both on and off the field.

FAITH FACTS Faith is an independent, interdenominational, biblically based school. We are a private school and are not affiliated with any church or denomination. We are not funded by the state of Texas. All of our funding comes from tuition and fees as well as private donations. GFCS is a covenant school, meaning that one parent/guardian in the family must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. At the junior high and high school level, students are also required to share this commitment, having their own testimony of faith. This covenant ensures that we are aligned with our families in nurturing student growth not only academically but also spiritually, encouraging them to live out their faith in every aspect of their lives.

HOMESCHOOL: Grapevine Faith has a homeschool program in elementary and junior high. Elementary homeschool students come to campus one day per week for co-curricular classes. Classes include Chapel, Library, Spanish, Science, Art, Music, and P.E. Junior high students may enroll in up to three classes. Students attend classes every day of the week for the block of time their classes are held.

ACCREDITATION & CERTIFICATION Grapevine Faith is accredited by the Council for Educational Standards and Accountability (CESA). CESA partners with Cognia, the largest accrediting body in the world. Texas does not directly accredit private schools. Instead, the Texas Education Agency uses the Texas Educational Private School Accrediting Committee (TEPSAC) to recognize accrediting bodies. Cognia is one of the agencies recognized by TEPSAC.
OUR TEACHERS The strength of any school is its teachers. At Faith Christian School, we hire teachers who are fully committed to Christ and feel a call to teach. They must have a 4-year degree from a recognized school and state certification. Additionally, Faith teachers participate in a continuing process of professional development, particulary focused on their growth in bibical infusion in curriculum, intruction, and assessment.

STATEMENT OF FAITH WE BELIEVE: the Bible to be the inspired, infallible, immutable Word of God (II Timothy 3:15, II Peter 1:21). there is one God, eternally existent in three personsFather, Son, and Holy Spirit (Genesis 1:1, Matthew 28:19, John 10:30). in the deity of Christ (John 10:33); His virgin birth (Isaiah 7:14; Matthew 1:23; Luke 1:35); His sinless life (Hebrews 4:15; Hebrews 7:26); His miracles (John 2:11); His substitutionary atoning death (I Corinthians 15:3; Ephesians 1:7; Hebrews 2:9) His resurrection (John 11:25; I Corinthians 15:4); His Ascension to the right hand of the Father (Mark 16:19); and His personal return in power and glory (Acts 1:11; Revelation 19:11). in the absolute necessity of regeneration by the Holy Spirit for salvation because of the exceeding sinfulness of the human nature; and that people are justified on the single ground of faith and the shed blood of Christ and that only by God’s grace and through faith alone we are saved. Believing in and accepting Christ brings about a vital living personal relationship to every believer (Romans 10:9-13; John 3:16-19; John 5:24; Romans 3:23; Romans 5:8,9; Ephesians 2:8-10; Titus 3:5). in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life, and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation (John 5:28-29). in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ (Romans 8:9; I Corinthians 12:12,13; Galatians 3:26-28). in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life (Romans 8:13,14; I Corinthians 3:16; I Corinthians 6:19-20; Ephesians 4:30; Ephesians 5:18).
that the term marriage has only one meaning: the uniting of one man and one woman in a single, exclusive union, as delineated in Scripture (Genesis 2:18-25). We believe that God intends sexual intimacy to occur only between a man and a woman who are married to each other (I Corinthians 6:18, 7:2-5; Hebrews 13:4). We believe that God’s command is that there be no sexual intimacy outside of or apart from marriage between a man and a woman. that God wonderfully foreordained and immutably created each person as either male or female in conformity with their biological sex. These two distinct yet complementary genders together reflect the image and nature of God (Genesis 1:26-27). that all human life is sacred and created by God in His image. Human life is of inestimable worth in all its dimensions, including pre-born babies, the aged, the physically or mentally challenged, and every other stage or condition from conception through natural death. We are therefore called to defend, protect, and value all human life (Psalm 139).
Our Statement of Faith is not exhaustive of all of our beliefs. The Bible, as the inspired and infallible Word of God, speaks with absolute authority regarding the proper conduct of mankind and is the unchanging foundation for all belief and behavior. The Grapevine Faith Christian School Board of Trustees holds final interpretive authority on biblical meaning and application with regard to faith, doctrine, policy, practice, and discipline.
ADMISSIONS PROCESS Online application Admissions testing varies by grade. We require a minimum score range to ensure a smooth academic transition with our pace and load. Visit GrapevineFaith.com/admissions/apply/testing to sign up. Student Code of Conduct and Essay for those entering grades 6-12. Recommendation forms: Pastor, Youth Pastor, or Children’s Pastor Principal or Vice Principal PreK-5 requires one current year teacher recommendation Grades 6-12 require two recommendations from core subject instructors (English, Math, Science, History) Birth Certificate (copy is acceptable) Immunization records (affidavit is acceptable) School records: Current year and previous three years’ report cards Complete battery of diagnostic testing if diagnosed with learning difference(s) Parent Interview - once the items above are complete, the principal’s assistant will call to schedule your parent meeting with the principal. An admissions decision is made after the interview.
First-pool applicants are those who complete the admission process by the end of February. First-pool admission decision notifications are sent in early March. We consider applicants year-round on a rolling basis, space permitting.
