To All Members of the Grapevine Chamber: The Grapevine Chamber is operated by a Board of Directors made up of twenty-four Chamber members. Nine members serve with three-year terms in three member cycles. There are six one-year appointments and seven ex-officio members. The Chairmanship rotation is a three-year term, so that the individuals appointed to serve as Chair-Elect, Chair and Immediate Past Chair will be able to fulfill their obligation. The CEO also serves on the Board as the Secretary. Those nominated will be presented at the October meeting of the Grapevine Chamber Board of Directors. These Board members and officers will begin to serve the membership on January 1, 2023, if no other nominations are received.

Such petition shall be filed with the Nominating Committee within ten days after this notice has been given of the name nominated shall be final.
