FEB 2025 WELCOME TO OUR
GDL Property Management Newsletter A Business Update As we embark into 2025, we wanted to find a way to better service our clients and provide updates on a more regular basis. We will be issuing monthly newsletters to our Property Management database moving forward, this will include Landlords, Tenants and Creditors. If there is anything you wish to see more of or anything you enoy seeing, please let us know so we can continue to improve. At the close of 2024 we said goodbye to Kimberley Jessen our Property Manager in Pittsworth as she embarks on a new adventure. Daphne Kae, our Property Manager currently servicing Toowoomba, Dalby, Chinchilla, Miles & Quilpie, assumed the role of managing Kimberley’s properties. Taking on the Sales Role in Pittsworth will be Helen Evans servicing both Toowoomba and Pittsworth and Surrounds. On the 3rd February, 2025, we welcomed back Kalota Latchford from maternity leave who will be assistant to Daphne in the management of our Rental Properties, and both will be supported by Sharon Connolly, who will Assist in PM Administration.
