Anise Catering, our prestige caterers, provide a culinary experience that is exquisite, indulgent and individual.
• A welcome drink and canapé reception
We have a vast wedding breakfast menu for you to choose from, designed to give choice and flexibility in the style of food and service. Dishes can be tailored to your individual requirements, using only natural and ethical products where possible. Organising your wedding is one of the most special and personal events of your life, and because no two weddings are alike, we will ensure that your wedding is tailor-made to your requirements.
• Three course wedding breakfast • Half bottle of house wine per person • After dinner tea, coffee and sweet treats • Toasting drink • Bar service Our Sussex package is priced at £85 (inc VAT) per person and is based on a minimum of 60 guests, inclusive of venue hire, table linen, tableware, staffing, event management, security staff and car parking.
Together with Anise Catering we can help you as you begin the planning and preparations, and we offer a free consultation and quoting service along with menu tastings. Together, we have designed an all-inclusive package which you may use as a guide to plan your wedding day.
Once we had seen the marquee at Plumpton Racecourse we knew straight away it was the perfect setting for our big day. It had everything we were looking for, from stunning scenery to space for our entertainment and you actually get married under the winners’ podium which was really quirky!
