After an incredible 32+ years of dedicated service, we say a heartfelt farewell to Tina as she leaves us at the end of this month Tina has been a constant and valued presence in the team, and it will be a big change for everyone not having her to hand for her knowledge and support We are truly grateful for the commitment and hard work she has shown over the years, which have made a lasting impact on both colleagues, suppliers and customers alike We wish Tina all the very best in her next chapter and every happiness in the future

As a business we fell short when it came to passing on supplier price changes and duty increases to our customers Coupled with increasing business costs over recent years, the impact of not passing the increases on has been a decline in the underlying profitability of our business. As such, we took the opportunity to adjust pricing to all trade customers and repositioned our retail prices in the shops and online last month
Business and energy costs continue to bite and we are monitoring closely our day to day costs, looking at ways to reduce them each month Challenging ourselves on what we spend in the business is a healthy approach to get the business operating as lean as possible
We would ask each and every one of you to flag any company expenditure that you think is unnecessary so that we can review it and see if savings can be made Irrespective of how small you may think it is - please pass on your comments to Gail.
In addition, we are excited to introduce Viña Casablanca Céfiro from the Casablanca Valley in Chile – a range that showcases elegance, freshness, and the unique coastal influence of the region Both the Finca el Origen and Céfiro wines come from Viña Santa Carolina, a prestigious producer and a partnership we have worked hard to secure, further strengthening our portfolio with globally recognised quality
