His interest in computers began while he worked as a courier for Computer Sciences Corporation during college During free moments, he learned programming from operators and soon advanced to a programmer role
By his junior year, Grady joined the U S Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) as its youngest software analyst His skills quickly earned him recognition as one of the agency’s top programmers.
